Went in as a walk in with my friend. It was the 4th place we went in this afternoon and we finally got in. Yay! Got Shellac manicure. Love it. Great place. Friendly staff.

I have been going to Splash since they opened in 2008. My nails are exactly they way I want them, Cindy is the best at it with the owner running a close second. If I ever have an issue (always my own fault) they are always willing to fix at no extra charge. Never have they ever charged for anything extra!! I have been to many places over the years and they are the best - always suggest Splash to all my friends and family!! They are awesome.

The ladies are friendly and talented. 3 manicures, art & jewels were just over $150.

I paid a lot of money ($85) for gel nails and they were vaguely coffin shaped, misshapen, and inconsistent in both length and shape. They were also 2-3 mm away from my cuticle so they looked grown out when I first got them done. The process of curing them was done incorrectly too as it was extremely painful. I have done some research and this pain is caused by heat spikes, which often happens when the nail tech over files and preps the nail making it too thin. I am very concerned for the health of my nails when I take the gels off. Sadly, it was a very poor experience getting gel nails and I will not be returning.

I wish I could give 0 stars, I’m so angry that I paid $52 for this?! Buy a UV lamp! I wasted 15 minutes sitting there with a fan on them. It took me only 10 minutes of a walk from their store to my home, and my “pedicure” looks like this. I’ve never cried over something so silly. Seriously, don’t waste your time here.

I’ve tried going a couple times because it’s really convenient for me. It’s not been a good experience any time. The women are judgemental, ask inappropriate questions, the shellac never stays longer than a week. Today I went in for an appointment and was told, she’ll be right in. I waited 25 minutes and left. The gentleman that works there is has been my only positive experience.

My experience was not good for the most part , I felt rushed , and the service was horrible for a deluxe pedicure or Medicare, though their waxing is fenonminal . The deluxe package for manicure is nowhere close to deluxe , I still had to scrape my feet of dead skin once I got home for the next few days . I paid great and got less than satisfactory service . Customer service was horrible, which made me feel like a second-class citizen . Thanks, but no thanks for my hands or feet . Too much money wasted while not being appreciated as a customer. I should feel welcome when I come, especially when I pay and tip gd. I since realized that I'm better doing it myself or finding a real nail salon that has amazing talent and doesn't treat you like a mere dollar sign .Customer service is everything on top of talent. One should learn to appreciate their customers. All cultures should be appreciated as well .

I have been a client at Splash Nails for years now along with my mom and best friend. The service they provide is second to none. They have always welcomed me with smiles and genuine kindness. I have gotten many things done from waxing to pedicures to gel nails and all have been top quality at very resonable pricing! I highly recommend Splash Nails to anyone looking for a great manicure, pedicure, or any other type of service. The atmosphere is also very clean and well maintained! Enjoy!
