My senior father came here and lost his wallet. He realized that it was missing the next day and came back but they didn’t have it or it was locked in a room. He came back two days later to check if someone returned his wallet and thankfully everything was intact! I want to thank this place for their honesty, and also for the staff’s willingness to help us out whenever we came in and needed help to look for something.

I am very disappointed with the way my purchase of a Maytag fridge and Maytag Stove was handled that I was forced to cancel my order. lack of communication led to the cancellation. I was called last night to say that my purchase would be delivery around 7:00 am to 11:00 am on the 30 may 2023 myself and spouse took a day off from work. All my frozen stuff from my fridge was kept aside so I could quickly keep it back in my new fridge. So by 11:25 am I gotAnxious and called the number asking about my delivery so the person tells me your order will be delivery on 2 June 2023. If there was a change in delivery date why was I not informed. When I visited your store this afternoon, where I initially ordered my stuff and spoke to the manager he was not bothered to feel our pain. The negligence of lack of communication lead to my frustration of canceling our order. Order 607734996 & 607498592 - have a good day!

I was planning on repaint the porch and deck. Thinking about do it in a colorful way so the kids can leave/come home in a brightened mood. I went to the paint department with no idea what I'm suppose to do. My man Devon greeted me and offered help. He quickly understood my needs and provided different solutions with professional knowledge. And got the colors i need in ten minutes. The whole process was super nice easy friendly and comfortable. I'm a regular customer and this location was always good experience but Devon really made my day.

December 20, 2021. Broke the flushing arm on one of our toilets and was able to easily find the part we were looking for. The store is easy to navigate and good signage to find what you are looking for. There are washrooms available here.If you want to improve your home then this is the place for home improvement. Whatever you need for your home it’s here. There is staff to help with you needs and they are helpful and friendly. The store is well lit and clean. It’s a large warehouse so be prepared to do so walking and searching but you will find what you need. Prices are reasonable.

Bought deck tiles from this location. Price was great. The same deck tiles on Amazon were double the price. I got these rubber deck tile flooring ones for 4 bucks a piece. Not to bad at all.

Bought a dishwasher in May. Installers broke my pipes under my sink during install and now I’m told I need to pay half of the repair! Now it’s July and I still have broken pipes, a sink that doesn’t work and a dishwasher I can’t use. I’ve been told several times this will be taken care of and I’m still waiting to hear back from someone.Good luck to anyone that has issues with an install. You break it you fix it, period!

Atleast they should have cashiers at both checkouts (loading bay area) each and every morning (peak hour rush ) so things can run smoothly

Jason was very helpful, friendly and kind. He helped us with cutting the plywood. I also wanted to mention that prior to this we were at Lowes and decided to leave because of bad customer service, but once we arrived at home depot Jason made our day much better. I truly hope the company sees and appreciates his hard work and dedication. Thank you Jason.
