Respectful and prompt service

We called Done Right to get a quote done for some work in our house. A date and time was set...and they were a no show. It wasn't until that evening that we received a call stating they couldn't come due to Covid, but would be in touch with us the following week. Again...nothing. No one has yet to call to rebook. No one has stopped by, although they are working on a new house down the street from us and we see them go by often.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. The electrician did an amazing job on replacing a panel and completing some other odds and ends for us. It was very evident that he took pride in his work as the install was neat, clean and extremely organized. Best of all was the price was more than reasonable! I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Transparent about other emergent issues that took him away from our job. Consulted us constantly about options, patiently taught us how to use our system, printed labels and offered advice for our future renovations.Lee, the owner is brilliant! He KNOWS what he's doing and doesn't miss even the smallest detail. His only flaw.... timelines are an optimistic illusion.Kevin takes care of billing. I prefer to deal online, especially during the pandemic. He can email bills and accepts email money transfers. He is friendly and helpful.Even though they got called away numerous times during my job I want to express my appreciation for their priority system. Two times they were delayed on my job showed me of this company's compassion....1. During a heat warning week they dropped everything to fix the air conditioning for an elderly couple.2. A hardwired smoke detector started chirping incessantly. They attended to that immediately before homeowner's lost their minds.DEFINITELY RECOMMEND
