Clinique Orl 1851

Don't go to this clinic, it's just a waste of your time. I read the reviews here and found most unpleasant experience of patients with this clinic is about the unprofessional doctors - this is true. The doctor I visited didn't perform professionally, he didn't listen at all. I tried to describe my symptoms but always got interrupted. I have my medical records with me but unfortunately the doctor didn't show any interests on it and just checked very quickly. He was not able to diagnose, so simply gave me a prescription without obtaining enough information of the problem and couldn't wait to refer me to other clinics to do some scans and examinations (though I've told him I've already did the scan, and the result is right with me in the medical records). The other specialists I visited later somewhere else told me ORL1851 is the place where I should visit, but the medicines prescribed by the doctor here were not even helpful to mitigate the problem. Wish I could give 0 start!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!The receptionist with the highlights in her hair was the worst! Very unprofessional!They really dont care about their patients nor their health! I feel like the specialists are clueless, really makes you wonder why they run a place like this… and hygiene was not top notch. Very rude and careless. If you want a good service you’re looking at the wrong placeStay away!

Generally each time I go there for my appointment the receptionist is very friendly, Dr. Brown is great, very personable and takes his time to go over the results. Today I called to ask about obtaining my last file for another clinic, and I tried my best in French. I'm still a beginner, and I have difficulty speaking the language and still learning to understand. I was surprised the receptionist was rude. I get it, perhaps she was frustrated because I don't speak the language well, she was getting impatient with me. I tried to say thank you at the end, but she hung up quickly. I don't want to call there again.

Waited 45 minutes to find out that even if you book an appointment , they put all papers on as pile and take people in order of those who arrive rather by appointment. Awful

It's a shame there aren't more great reviews for this clinic. I often go and each time the customer service is excellent. It is not the fault of the secretaries when there is a delay with the doctor. On the other hand if you'd go to a hospital you could wait for hours. Each time that im called to confirm my appointments they clearly specify that only the person who's on the doctors schedule can be there. It's totally normal since Covid.If i could give 10 stars to this clinic, they deserve it:They always schedule appointments quickly and they always give a warm welcome

I wish I could give 0 star!! Our appointment was at 9:00 am, they took us at 10:15!!! Saying there is a delay and did not want to tell us how many other patients were in front of us so we could at least call work and let them know we were going to be late. People at the desk are rude and impolite! Especially one lady in particular, she was super unpleasant to talk to. Would never go there and do not recommend it to anyone, stay away from this place! Not good service at all, unprofessional service by the receptionists, they need to work on the way they approach to the patients, being rude will only bring dissatisfaction!

I wish there was a way to leave 0 star! Waited to see a specialist for my right ear being blocked and in pain since a week for 2 hours, despite having an appointment. Didnt allow my mom to come with me in waiting area. She had to wait 2 hours outside of the clinic. Nevertheless, seen the so called specialist, said I had nothing, but I told him repeatedly that my ear is hurting and I can’t eat anything. Left me with pain and no medication ! Please avoid this clinic if you’d like to save ears ! Unprofessional service by the receptionist and the specialist !!

Worse clinic ever simply don’t waste your time by going there ! Extremely unprofessional behaviour by the receptionist and the doctor. The receptionist were super rude and doctor was not able to diagnose the reason for my ear pain. He checks you real quick, just to get as many patients as possible ! wish can give them a 0.

The ENT and audiologists here are absolutely wonderful. I was given detailed and careful examinations and they took the time to thoroughly explain the issues I was encountering. I left feeling assured and with an assortment of insight and new information to correct the issue. All the staff are upbeat, professional, and welcoming.
