Spectrum Store

By far the worst. They scheduled a day for connection a week later than they told me. I've never waited for internet like that before .They hang up in a phone call cause they mad that I talk loud and say if I don't stop yelling they hangin up. I'm deaf and I don't like being accused of yelling. They are rude with customers hanging up like they do. I'm sick of the run around they give me. Discriminated me.

Need more staff on hand in office during busy times. Should have one person in the office just to take payments so that it will reduce wait time due to some customers having issues that take excessive time to solve.

Not a store. Can not pay mobile bill here. Pay your internet, and cable here. Friendly helpful staff.

I went to the new found company called spectrum that used to be time warner cause I am a delivery driver, they ordered food and as all delivery drivers do, I was making small talk asking how the transfer was going and if they were hiring for technicians just out of curiosity for a friend, he was very rude and even had the nerve to rate my company with a one star and left a comment saying driver forgot receipt and was requiring about a job". Which automatically got me into trouble. I will never go through spectrum as long as I live and I have already told a few people about my experience and have gotten 4 people who said they will never go through them either."

Helped me get a deal. Helpful staff.

Internet is Garbage. I'm lucky if it works good enough for videos above 360p. Total waste of $$$

A nice cozy environment and very good hours of operation. The service is hit or miss depending on who is working. You cant call that office specifically it just goes to a call center. Then you have to try to reroute it to the store to find out about delivery and service. Beyond that a great company just wish they were more transparent about pricing. Lots of hidden charges.

They'll roll out the red carpet for you to make you a customer but get ready to fight tooth and nail to get adequate tech support should anything go down. I can share endless amounts of stories with you about it.

They took advantage of my elderly disabled father and disabled his phone service without a call to tell him it was late, then strong armed me for over $300 to have it turned back on. They're as bad as Comcast, buyer beware.

I tried to get info regarding service in my rural area in Northern Maine and my call was forwarded to a call center somewhere down south. They said I could not get their internet service where I live and yet I get calls daily to sign up for Spectrum service. If I can't get internet access here, please STOP robo calling me to try to sign me up.
