Wonderful office, doctor and staff! Had the pleasure of taking my youngest son there for his orthodontic treatment, and from the second we walked in the door, the experience was ultra positive. The staff were kind and attentive to my sons treatment needs, the doctor very carefully explained all our treatment options and made sure we understood!! The treatment progressed extremely well, and we are so so happy with the final result! Our son is finally able to smile and has gained such overall confidence from the experience. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wondering orthodontic experience!

If I could give 0 stars I would. After a full treatment with invisalign, I told Dr. Konarski I was not happy with my bite. My front teeth completely cover my bottom teeth and I expressed how I was disappointed with the outcome of the treatment and wanted to fix my overbite. He told me teeth are not legos" and that I did not even have an overbite... I went to another orthodontist for a second opinion who tells me i have a deep bite and will need invisalign to correct this! So disappointed with all the money wasted at Village orthodontic and the lack of explanation as to why he said i dont have an overbite and would not give me the time of day to express my concerns after all the money spent there."

BEST Orthodontic office in Guelph, hands down!!! I have been to numerous medical and dental offices over my years, and this is without a doubt the best one I have ever been to! Beautiful office! Our son had his treatment done here and it was the most pleasant experience. Friendly and helpful staff, great doctor, a really terrific overall experience! Thank you Village Orthodontics and Dr. Konarski for your excellent work, my son has not stopped smiling since his braces came off! His teeth and smile are perfect, keep up the great work!!!

Went there a few years ago, was a good experience. They were always able to work with my schedule. There was one staff who was a bit overly aggressive but the staff and Dr. Konaraki went above and beyond. I know plenty of others who have had a similar positive experience as mine.

I have been going to see Dr. Konarski and his staff for over a year now. To say I am happy with my progress would be an understatement!! All of the staff have been amazing! I have not had to wait more then 5 minutes past my appointment times, the staff are so friendly, approachable and professional. I have to make a special mention of Sarah who I have had the pleasure of having change the wires on my braces since starting my braces journey. She has always gone above and beyond and I am very thankful! I would highly recommend (and have many times) going to Village Orthodontics.

The staff and community is wonderful. All the people are super nice. However the hours are very inconvenient and hard to get appointments. As for the work itself my teeth are definitely straighter and nicer however some of the procedures hurt more than they should. Sometimes their more aggressive putting wires and brackets in and out. It’s also very costly. I have 4 sets of benefits and it was still heavily priced. Other than that the team is wonderful, super kind and caring.

After one week the wire gets loose and we have to call to get an appointment to fix it. This is going to be the 4th time in row. The same issue has been repeating itself and it is not comfortable to chew with loose wires in your mouth.

Had transferred to this clinic from Ottawa near the end of my invisalign treatment. Had overall positive experience with staff and Dr. Konarski. At one point felt that there was some interference between upper and lower front teeth, I went in and he fixed it on the spot in no time. Quite happy with the experience, especially since they had to take over from another clinic and had made the transition very easy for me.

Dr. Bart and Team are fantastic! Always on time, quick and efficient appointments and we started to see positive results early into the process. Very friendly, gentle and knowledgeable staff. Extremely clean and organized clinic & office. Great location and parking. Super health and safety protocols in place. We had 2yrs of free consults before the braces went on to ensure the timing was appropriate. They also have a convenient online login for receipts and appointments.

Good experience over all. The price was quite high but I'm sure every case is different. They got us in faster than most places could. I feel because we are at the beginning of our process I can't leave a full and honest review. I will come back to edit as the process continues.
