Levin Brenda Dr

Dr Levin is very caring and thorough. Going to an ENT can be an unpleasant experience (I.e. sticking tubes down your nasal passage) but she made me feel very comfortable. She did not rush our appointment and made sure to understand my history before assessing me. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs an ENT! Also, I’ve read some bad reviews about her receptionist, but she must have gotten a new one because the receptionist was kind and efficient.

Amazing doctor! She answered all of my questions and showed real interest in resolving my problem, absolutely recommended!

Dr. Levin is a kind, compassionate, and patient doctor who really cares about helping her patients. I saw her for an issue that would not clear up for anything and was so consistently impressed with how she went above and beyond to help me. I wish there were more doctors like Dr. Levin!

They do not actually care, they lied about something they said verbally which was also confirmed to me by a general practitioner before I even saw Dr. Levin for my health issue. Dr. Levin is a nice person but her assistant is a liar. My issue has worsened but they do not care since my issue may have been caused by surgeries I received in which Dr. Levin did not do because she is not a surgeon. I just hate the fact that I was lied too when someone needs medical attention and suffering in pain each day. I am not sure what I did to deserve to receive such treatment. She even wrote me a prescription with no date on it. Null and void was this prescription.

After waiting for weeks to see this Dr for an ear issue that has been causing great discomfort and pain, taking time off from work, I am now told that she refuses to see me 3 days before my appointment!!! All because I'm an essential worker. Yes I am a truck driver delivering part of EVERYTHING Everyone needs to survive but I can't get or use my health care that I for one have been paying for unlike the majority of Canadians who have stayed at home...I think it's time we ESSENTIAL workers get some of the supposed respect that people profess... Not impressed at all!! Worth 0 stars if possible...

Dr Levin was very kind & compassionate. She genuinely cared about my issue. I have had ear nose & throat issues for 35 plus years. I wish I had Been referred to Dr levin years ago!!!
