So terribly run. The person didn't know what they were doing. Called customer service to file a complaint and the district manager blamed me. Will NEVER go back to any H&R Block location because of how awful the service was overall. We ended up walking out and going elsewhere. I don't think it even deserves the one star I had to give to write this review.

Recently had my taxes done, aside from the wait (1 tax expert was in) I had a good visit, staff was nice and to the point. Will be coming back to this branch next year!

Absolutely the worst experience ever at H&R. Ive been going to them since i started doing income tax. Previously in a different town and had no problems. I would not recommend this Regina location. The lady didn't know what she was doing and the price was outrageous. Ive never paid over $180 for my husband and i this year it cost $320 for an inexperienced person. Also was to busy talking to another person in a different office while doing our taxes.

I always file Tax in HR Block because of accurate, effeciat work. Especially a tax customer service person named Amanda Hua. Her professional work makes me very comfortable and confident, really appreciated! Good job, Amanda!

I went to HR block as I was unsure of what I could write off for my small business I started last year. They wanted to charge me 350$ for a refund I thought I was inadequate, so I declined to file with them. I went through turbo tax online, it cost me 100$ and my refund was 4000 more than what HR Block was going to get me....I highly recommend turbo tax, very user friendly!

Courteous & friendly staff. They are efficient but helped me feel relaxed. This location is very clean and comfortable. I made an appointment a few days ahead of time and didn't have to wait at all when I attended for my appointment. Muhammad Rehman prepared my income tax return. He is very professional but at the same time friendly.

Absolutely the worst experience. Today I went there to file return of my husband who passed away last year. Initially senior lady asked me $199 on phone for him and for me $99. When she was filing my taxes she didn't mention about any thing. Once she was finished she asked me to pay $400 for my passed husband and $200 for mine. I was shocked. I found her very insensitive and cheat while dealing with her client. Im very disappointed and frustrated after that. I would not recommend this Regina location. Disgusting people.

Our Tax person was kind polite and wonderful. She explained everything clearly, answered our questions and was done quickly and correctly. Her customer service skills were great.
