Excellent customer service

This company joined a business marketing group I manage. That group has certain rules and practices that they agreed to as a condition of participation and membership.They subsequently broke the rules and were warned not to compromise the group’s integrity again.I guess they felt that the rules only applied to others and they were subsequently banned.I hope and trust that their day to day business practices, and how they participate in the community they want to be supported by, are better aligned with fairness and honesty.When you agree to follow certain rules of business, but chose ignore them for your own gain, it reflects a certain air of dishonesty that breeds mistrust.I was planning on getting a quote for a replacement garage door from them this Spring, but how they handled themselves as a business member in our group has removed any chance that I’ll interact with them further.How a business represents themselves on various digital channels should be considered as part of their overall business practice.I hope that this was an isolated incident./////In response to your reply...The marketing group wasn't selling any services. It's directive and purpose was/is for small businesses to discuss branding and marketing challenges, providing a community for like minded business owners to openly discuss issues without being targeted for sales.The rules were/are very clear and your organization agreed to not performing any sort of self-promotion as a condition of participation - no promotional posts of any sort are tolerated.Your company, or one of its marketing representatives never asked any questions, or participated in any discussions. Your promotional post was reported by a member of the group.As the group administrator, I removed the post, and sent you a private message regarding the reason why it was removed, I also reminded you that any further self promotion would result in your group participation being terminated.About two weeks later, an identical post was published by your organization. At that time I removed the 2nd post, banned you from the group, and posted my subsequent Google Review that you are just responding to after 2 months of it being published.While I'm sure you do great work regarding garage door services, the way in which your company represented itself and participated in the group was my only complaint.I don't engage in negative marketing campaigns, I was delivering a personal review of my experience interacting with your company, or at the very least, one of its representatives.

After chasing the competition for several weeks Adams was a breath of fresh air. Luther arrived within 24 hours of when I requested an estimate on their website. He gave me a better estimate that the competition did, when they did eventually show up. Adams Garage doors ordered my doors and gave me an estimated time of arrival. They were professionally installed on that day. They look good and are exactly as he described them to me and the pictures he showed me. I would highly recommend Adams Garages for you next garage door purchase.

We had some tight clearances that was pointed out before hiring Adam's Garages. With this being known, Luther was hired for the job. Initially Luther and their installer spec'd out standard garage door openers, However once the installer arrived it became apparent that this would not work for the height requirements....We had to upgrade the openers to jackshaft openers($$$) This is where the problems started. After this we had several problems with the doors stalling when trying to close and then dangerously slamming shut to the 1/2 way point. I must of had Luther and his techs out here at least 6 times to repair the problem. He tried massive pusher springs, cable tensioning springs and several tweaks and adjustments to no avail...Luther abandoned me(did not return calls) and my install with 3 months still left on the install warranty with doors that didn't work. Now that my warranty is officially over I am writing this review to caution those that may consider doing business with Luther. As nice as a person as he is...his knowledge of the product and the fact that he didn't follow through with the one year install/parts warranty leaves me dissatisfied with his services.By the way, I figured out and fixed what was wrong with the installation and everything is working fine now.
