This is the first time I have visited the mobility kiosk at Costco. I had a great experience. Karl, the customer service representative was amazing. He took the time to explain to me the different plans, phone details and everything I needed to know while getting an amazing deal on my new phone. He was personable, very professional and knowledgeable in his business. I highly recommend visiting him at the Okotoks Costco. I will certainly be back.

The young fellow that helped me was totally awesome! They were so, so, busy with it being Black Friday and some people were not very nice to them and very impatient.The wait was 2-3 hours, but they all were so professional and patient with customers, very helpful for understanding different plans and different phones because I needed both. I had spoken to my salesman about a month ago to get some information and he was incredibly helpful then and that's why I went back today and just by luck I got him for my sale today!

We just got new phones at the Costco Okotoks and Stephanie was amazing! She was super knowledgeable and efficient as well as very friendly. We ported our numbers from other service providers and she made the entire process so easy. She was SO kind and a delight to deal with. Would highly recommend her!

The woman working here at 10 am sat Jan 28,2023 was absolutely miserable. She cracked my phone screen so much more than than it was and basically said too bad….Walked away to keep my cool, came back and she basically rolled her eyes and turned her back on me. Dealt with another employee who finished my transaction.

I truly do not understand why you would speak poorly about a customer right in front of them. Save your comments and snickering for after work. Saving this from a one star was the other gentleman who worked there who was actually helpful instead of being extremely rude.

Great deals and very well informed employees. Beats trying to deal with Bell directly and saved $1000 on a two year plan. I would definitely recommend talking to these guys / girls before signing on the dotted line. They’ll save you a bunch!!

Stephanie was really helpful in getting me the deal. More than being helpful She was very patient, a good listener, and a cool attitude rep and definitely deserves more than five star rating. The only reason I’m giving the 4 Staar is because of the unpleasant experience I have had with another rep Bhavni(vinny) who was not very pleasant in her behaviour and attitude, from giving, sarcastic replies to my qualities and rolling eyes. She even admitted that she is behaving that way because of my way of asking question and then I refuse to take any service from her and went to Stephanie. The whole surprise was that she admitted that she was being sarcastic and rude in her replies, because I was asking questions about the deals and devices. I hope she learn better management and customer service skills and I can totally recommend getting some good course or online training

We got three new phone at Costco today and it was a madhouse! The staff was crazy busy. We were treated amazing! I don’t have one complaint about the service we received. The lady helping us was knowledgeable and helpful in our process of finding new phone and new plans. We were able to keep our numbers even. I 10/10 recommend!
