Service ok. Just to long to get repairs done. Was told I'd have to wait 7 weeks to get an awning repaired.

The first few repairs were okay in 2020. They lost their best technician who went above and beyond and the newer ones cannot do simple repairs like install an exterior fridge door cover. Also, if you are an Anglo they will play the French card on you. They used to honor their repairs but now do not saying there will maybe a charge. Much happier that I decided to go elsewhere. Cheaper and better repairs and customer service with an experienced technician. Even though I lost money by not going back for a repair that was under warranty, I have saved alot with my new place. Seems like they want to cater to people with new trailors.

I'll say it over and over again. The service staff are the best ever. Kim and Annie are wonderful. For once a dealer that keeps it's word. Very honest people! Bravo!
