Hôtel 1212

Hotel is nice, we were quite happy with our room. Beds were comfortable and they had a charger for my electric car. The breakfast was extra good, I was very impressed. Would stay again.

Mediocre accommodation with a reasonable price for a night. Room is quite spacious however smelled a bit musty, the chair was all ripped up. Kind of gave me creepy hotel right of the highway vibes, bed sheets looked out and outdated and the toiletries in the washroom were a joke. The smallest bottles I’ve ever seen. Would not recommend

Our car broke down near Degelis this summer and we ended up needing to spend the night at the Hotel 1212. We stayed in the hotel section and were pleased with the amenities. The room was comfortable and clean, the food in the restaurant was good, the pool was fun, but what was really exceptional was the staff. We were pretty stressed out about our car situation and everyone was so kind and accommodating towards us. They really went the extra mile to help us out, including letting us check out late and giving us a lift to the garage the following day. The owner, who happened to have a scheduled appointment at the garage that day, even offered to let us take his spot. When I say they went above and beyond, I really mean it! I don't know if we'll ever have a reason to go back to Degelis, but if that's where you're going and are wondering about this hotel, let me assure you that you'll be in good hands!Thank you so much to all the staff at Hotel 1212. You really helped us turn this bad situation around.

Stayed one night on our way to Quebec city as it's a little cheaper then Edmunston . At first glance the place looks pretty decent however upon closer inspection the room was not in great shape. The couch in the room looked like a pack of racoons had a party, all the pleather surfaces were peeling and tore up. The hotel smelled musty but the room that thankfully did not. The roo. Was very big but filled with a bunch of uncomfortable furniture. The bed was ok but not amazing. Another odd thing was nothing was plugged in...tv lamps, clocks ect . Took a little while to get the tv working .The pool was also out of order which was disappointing.We had supper at the bar and tried the in house brewed beer, food was ok but it was hard to find somebody to wait on us that spoke English.Ok for a night but we would probably just stay at Motel Claude next time for half the price.

The motel smelt musty and the beds were super hard! Disappointed however I'll try the hotel my next visit.. I've been told it's different than the motel! The breakfast was great!

Love this place. Very nice staff, very good ribs and fries, drinks, and a great big room with a great bed, had an amazing night sleep. The shower was fantastic too, overall great spot, we will definitely stop here again when riding through Quebec (had parking for our car towing our motorcycle, no problemo).

Hotel 1212 was super clean and quiet. The rooms are big and spacious and the staff were friendly and kind. It was a nice surprise that a discounted breakfast, at the hotel restaurant, was included with our stay. Our waitress did her very best to speak English and help us with our order. We stayed here because we needed a place to briefly rest our heads, we arrived late at night and left mid morning. The location is great as it is located just off of the highway and is close to gas and food.

Clean, large rooms. Very modern feel but cold. Our room looked out to the docking area and garbage bins. Convenient access to highway. Friendly hotel staff.

We stumbled upon this hotel late in the evening. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful, the room was huge very clean and the beds are very comfortable! To top it off our room included breakfast!Will definitely stay here again!!

Staff were pleasant and kind, hotel was clean, we had a good stay.Free breakfast was a choice of a few menu items or $6 off the other menu items. We opted for the free menu and were pleasantly surprised - for example, toast (two slices) and a bowl of fruits actually included a good amount and a good variety of fruits (watermelon, cantaloupe, 4 types of berries, grapes, etc.).To use the pool you book your timeslot for your family at the front desk. We got in late and still got to enjoy it during the evening and booked as well for the morning.
