Costumer service here is 5 stars, love the delivery notifications.

Talk about Comunication! Never before have I experienced such a professional service. An email first thing this morning. A text saying how many deliveries before me and approximate time for mine. Constant opportunities to check on delivery time. And got here when it said it would. Incredible! Wonderful. So glad Pearl Morissette uses Fil Delivery ..first class job!

Connie from customer service was extremely helpful and accommodating. This is my second time using Fil’s with no issues. Definitely will continue to use their service.

Last Thursday morning FIL texted me that my wine order was expected to be delivered between 4:30-6:30pm. Later that afternoon they texted again saying their driver was running late and would arrive around 7pm. Since this is an office address, I phoned FIL right away and advised them not to deliver at that time but instead to reschedule the next day between 9am-5pm. They told me they would reschedule.At almost 8pm that evening the driver posted a picture of the office address with nobody there, as if they hadn't received information from me to reschedule. I expected the delivery to me made Friday but nothing appeared. Nothing appeared Monday either.I called FIL today and inquired about my delivery. I was told the delivery was unsuccessful and was returned to their warehouse awaiting further instructions from me(!). This contradicts their email which stated delivery would be reattempted the next business day. Nobody attempted to contact me since that email last Thursday.I've yet to encounter such a flaky delivery service. To add insult to injury, the person on the phone today wasn't the slightest bit apologetic.

Wasn’t expecting my delivery so soon, so I called customer service to ask if it was possible to have parcel left with my neighbour and the customer representative was so sweet and understanding and said of course we can. My neighbour advised that the driver was very polite and even placed the box inside her hallway. Excellent service. I wish all delivery companies was this efficient.

We are happy with the overall service of FIL Delivery, both from the delivery drivers to the people behind the scenes taking calls and emails funneling questions and inquiries. They are a very responsive friendly, knowledgeable TEAM.

Most of the positive reviews here come from friends/family of the staff members. Poor service and overpriced.

Delivery service is fantastic and easy and the updates are a great bonus!!

*update* Fil is getting better. The drivers are more communicative and less hostile. the email notifications and online tracking are helpful. Bumping this up to 3 stars now.I order a lot of products from companies that use FIL to fulfil their deliveries. I am constantly disappointed by FIL. The companies I order from are constantly frustrated by FIL. My order of 4 cases will get split between 3 deliveries. My delivery instructions aren't printed on the delivery notices. Parcels are left with neighbours. I receive the wrong products multiple times a week, or I miss orders altogether. The frustration is immense. When I hear a company has switched to using FIL, I am tempted to stop ordering from that company.
