Went in for a battery repair. Took half an hour after my appointment until I could drop off my phone.However the actual repair was quick and efficient. Must have been a busy day, good service otherwise.Very trustworthy

I had a problem lately with CT and not being able to reach my salesman requested to contact supervisor on April 4th 2023, NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. Again April11th asked thru customer service to speak with District manager. AGAIN NOT A WORD FROM HIM. These people believe they're untouchable?

my own experience was good there,no pressure no forcing and they give the best dealthey have all of internet and cell phones in one place so that can shop fasteri like these kind of store and it s better than stands in walkways

This mobile insurance company is the worst everI've been trying to solve my problem for more then 1 month and still not even close to solving this problem although its there fault not mine !!!!!I do not recommend it to any human being.I had my phones screen broken only and they returned the phone not only the back broken also the applications on the phone is not working properly any more.When I ask to speak to the manager, every manager thats I spoke to, give me fake namesand different silotion trying to make me lose my right. The last manger that I spoke to she told me to cancel my service if I don't like there solutionI have 4 phones and she doesn't care at all to solve my problemDon't ever go do insurance with this bad bad companyYou will definitely lose your right
