The Urban Oasis Day Spa

Went this past Friday with my sister as we both had received gift cards for the Urban Planner Package (mani, pedi, paraffin). We have been before in the past and as expected the spa atmosphere was very enjoyable with nice music, decor, and view of the Ottawa River. The staff also ensured that since we booked our appointment together that we were able to be beside each other the entire visit (manicure room and in the pedicure chairs). The staff was very polite, pleasant, and seemed to be well trained in their jobs. The staff did try maybe too much to make conversation; it would be nice if we could have made a note to have minimal talking during the visit.The experience on the whole was enjoyable, the massage and equipment used was nice, except for the manicure - perhaps it is the type of polish they use but both of our nails had significantly chipped by the evening (Yes, not even 12 hours after). This is why I would not give 5 stars.

I have been going here prior to hip surgery and now continue to treat myself as I move forward. The staff are amazing.. friendly, professional and very accommodating, the view is amazing as are the relaxation chairs. Also, have been for a facial, which was wonderful.. Highly highly recommend.. time to treat yourself. .

Staff is wonderful, they do a great job for a great price. Aren't pretending to be anything they aren't. A lovely Ottawa Valley day spa.

My mom booked me a pedicure at this spa as a little treat before my wedding and it was wonderful. The staff are all very friendly and kind, and my pedicure turned out great! Highly recommend relaxing and getting services here.

Horrible pedicure. The nail polish was streaky and my nails were cut unevenly! Had to go home and recut my own nails...The only good thing was the view.

Great service. My toddler destroyed my fresh pedicure when he stepped on my foot with his sneakers on. I went in for a touch up and they accommodated me even though they were super busy. Staff were quick and didn't even charge for the touch up. Much appreciated! Can't wait to go back.

From start to finish our experience at The Urban Oasis Day Spa was nothing short of fantastic; despite even throwing a few unintentional curve balls their way. We did a family girls day for my Mom's birthday. We had a group of 4 ladies and toddler with all varying needs/accommodations; each staff member was very dedicated to providing a great customer experience for everyone. We each did the Stress Dissolver package, we were able to do each step at the same time, with a smooth transition through each phase. We left feeling relaxed and well taken care of! I look forward to going back again and would certainly suggest choosing The Urban Oasis Day Spa for your next girls day too! Thank you ladies so much!

I received a pedicure from April and had an amazing time and a beautiful pedicure! This is my favourite spa in Pembroke and Petawawa. Definitely recommend!

I took my mom for the spa pedicure for her birthday and it was really great until the end.. the wax wasn’t properly removed from her feet so the nail polish on her toes never dried. After we waited for 35 minutes for it to dry and sitting under the dryer and being sprayed - a different nail tech took the polish off so we could leave. So my moms birthday pedicure ended up leaving without any polish on her toes. We really enjoyed the spa pedicures until then so it’s a shame. Not sure if we would return and pay again after not leaving with a finished pedicure.
