2007 F150 - After engine worked on, our truck runs better than when we bought it used. I am so impressed by how my truck runs now. After local ford dealership told me I'd have to wait 2 weeks to get piston/cylinder work done, these guys got it done in two days for me. Great service, great work. Very happy.

After numerous years of good service, I got stiffed on a warranty issue here. Surprise, surprise, when I had the cheap Dorman knock sensor that was installed by Long Lake Auto replaced with OEM parts at another shop, my engine went out of limp mode. Thanks for nothing, Greg.

Getting our car worked on by Greg. It hasn't run for 25 years. We had Greg remove a engine from a 77 t-bird and check its compression. Clean it up and paint it so it looks nice going into our 1972 Gran Torino Sport. It had a dead engine in it so we had him remove it and now he is getting all the engine rewired up and running.

Had booked an alignment for 8:30am and was told to leave it for 4 hours. The service would normally only take 45 minutes so I had made other commitments for 10amWhen asked about the 830 spot the older long haire guy said that's what the appt is - 4hours! What a crock! If you make an appt 4 days in advance, at least have the professional courtesy to either be on time, or at least explain the reason that it could take up to 4 hrs to complete.Will not darken their doors again.The part that really pusssed me off was that the guy was laughing at my situation.

Long lake automotive has been a fantastic shop for me. I bought a lemon of a truck and Greg treated me well, for issues that wouldn’t go away he worked on the truck free of charge. That was incredible. They also fixed the AC on my wife’s vehicle for thousands cheaper than was quoted to us from several other shops. These guys are great, every issue was dealt with and very fair prices. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of repairs.
