Randy and team did a fantastic job cleaning each individual piece on our antique chandelier! It has never looked better. Randy even took the time to make some repairs for me, replacing some clips for no extra charge. I was so pleased with their professional service that I have booked my cleaning for next year. Do not hesitate to give Randy a call....it was a wonderful experience from first contact to saying 'until next time' at the end. We had 2 chandeliers cleaned and Randy and team took nearly 6 hours to do it. These pieces now look magnificent again...this was my first service but not my last. 5 stars all the way!

I live in a condo and recently our building underwent a Kitec Plumbing replacement project, there was a tremendous amount of dust resulting from this huge project! Luckily, I found this Sparkling Tears Inc. to clean my chandelier, corridor crystal ceiling lights, and entrance hallway pendant light, they’re very professional. Mr. Randy Stewart came with two staff and they brought 15+ trays in order to not mix up the different crystals from each lighting fixture, and they removed each of the crystal pieces placed in separate trays with their special cleaning agent. They also brought many drop-sheets to protect our dining table and floors.The lights were as good as new! The price was amazingly reasonable! I highly recommend this company to anyone who has crystal chandeliers that need cleaning; it should be done once a year especially if you are planning to sell your home.

This is one of the best in-home service companies we have ever dealt with and we have been using them for years. They are very professional, work with extreme care, and the outcome is the best. I was very nervous about having my expensive and antique chandeliers and fixtures cleaned for the first time. The owner of the company comes to your home and does the work himself with the help of his daughter or another employee. They explained the whole process and reassured me that not only did they have 25 years experience but they were fully insured. They came to my house and started the job right away. They used drop sheets and left no mess. They were very polite and professional and I could not believe the difference from before and after having them cleaned. Not only did they do a great job but the work was done on time and was very fairly priced. I would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in having their chandeliers or light fixtures cleaned.
