Le service de recouvrement ne vaut pas l'effort. Un représentant de l'équipe (pour ne pas le nommer) lance de belles paroles et promesses telles des suivis fréquents, mais malheureusement il ne les tient pas. Il faut lui arracher les informations et redemander, sinon aucun détail n'est donné et le client est laissé sans information sur le status de son dossier.

Ordered credit check for a potentioal renter in 2021. Same day recieved the report which said the person does not have any leagl issues with TAL or any judgment againts him. The renter stopped paying after 7 months. It turned out tha there were 3 decisions against him for non-paymnet in 2013, 2014, 2017. Its a gross negligence from Oligny-Thibodeau. Clients pay your for services that you don not provide ! Never ever use this compnay !

I paid for this over priced service.They DID NOT VERIFY ANYTHING on the report and left out 2 entire sections ( credit score and work place verification)Had to call them 2 times. Big headacheAnd No one speaks a word of English.They gave a “good renter” score initially with zero work done.and after ACTUALLY DOING SOME WORK, after I complained, they found new information, and they changed the report to a “bad candidate” score…( WOW )Have since used the company SingleKey with zero issue and also had a much quicker response and it’s Half the price. Go figure…

They are not responsible with the peoples private data. I have been receiving their clients Baking information ( and I am not even their client ). They do not have best practice when it comes to data security. I am writing this so that you don't become a victim of identity theft because of Oligny & Thibodeau negligence with your data!Wow reading the response of this shameful business.1) No apology!2) Wont even admit that they have a serious security issue with their system. EX: no email verification , the issue with your system is so obvious , I already have all relevant information . Obviously you don't seem to understand how serious this is.3) By the way, I was the one trying to communicate with you by email about how wrong you were in sending private data to unauthorized people. The only ( 1 line email) response I got was you wanting me to call you back... ( So old fashion.. ) I am not going to waste my time calling you on the phone on how you should be behaving with people personal data. How about doing it in writing. How about doing it right in the fist place! This is the reason why this matter is now public! Shame on you for lying and being so dishonest.People needs to know how this company is not honest in it's reply and the ways of it's operation. It is just trying to cover up without acknowledging that they have issues. ( blame the others...)it is obvious from your answer and behavior that you do not take data protection as a priority. I feel bad for the people that had their personal information sent to the unauthorized. How many others will become victim or are simply unaware?

If you want to do pre-rental screen, do it yourself, not with this company.
