Michael did a full investigation of my 1940's bungalow that I knew needed work but I was wondering whether it was worth the purchase. I went ahead with the sale after the inspection. It is 9 months down the road and I'm still thrilled with the results. All the items 'must do' items are done and I'm working my way through the next level.
