I have my patio fixed which have not been done well amid did a well job on it five stars stars for his maintenance work and for the screen up stairs It is a lot better and now our cat Bella has air now she can stay safe in the bed till she fixed rhanks to amid five stars once again misty Cory and Veronica

Had the most positive experience with Jamie, our area manager. He listened and made me feel heard. He helped me with the issues I was having in a timely manner. We love our home here and our neighbors.

Due to the landlord not hiring someone to deal with snow and Ice removal ALL TENANTS cannot get mail from Canada post now. AWESOME! good thing Christmas is right around the corner XD

worst place ive ever lived. constant issues. no heat in winter. random water shutoffs. insanely high utilities due to extremely poor construction. do not live here.

Worst complex I’ve lived in my life. Water has been shut off for over a week, TWICE during my 12 month lease. Garbages are constantly overflowing. They leave old appliances on tenants decks for weeks, see water heater in pics. They refuse to remove and leaves in the fall and don’t do snow removal in the winter, Canada post stopped service this winter-see pics again. The utilities are expensive here-plan to pay over $300/month for a single person, and still have a cold unit in the winter. Hasib is a horrible manager and should lose his job immediately.

Queenspark is the worst place to live. If I could give a zero for a review I would.There is constant flooding issues and the don't maintain the place for drafts or pests. There is constant pipes bursting in the winter due to drafts from the outside, and you will be left without water for days to weeks.There is always yelling and screaming at all hours of the night, and there are always people in the parades breaking into cars and doing drugs.The snow removal in the winter is a joke.Do not move in here you will regret it if you do.

Mainstreet is the worst management company in Canada. They are slumlords!!!! No snow removal in the Winter, which results in Canada post suspending mail EVERY WINTER( 3 years in a row) I've lived here for 19 years and when Capreit owned it, this NEVER happened. I fell and hurt my foot really bad on my stairs and have retained a lawyer to sue these slum lords.Whoever is in the office now needs to be replaced with someone competent. Maintenance requests take weeks and weeks , ( if ever) to be completedDO NOT RENT HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!! The pictures posted are walkways and stairs, days and days after the snow stopped falling!!!!!!

The apartments from inside are nice and with plenty of light, but the commun areas are very DIRTY, the buildigs dont have a proper secuency number ( anyone can get lose there) and requesting for maintenance can take weeks to attend a request.. very desorganized, irresponsable and poor managment. Noise neighbords and landloard dont even care. BE AWARE AND DO NOT RENT IN THIS PLACE.. NOT RECOMENDED. I am desapointed to in this place.

Lived here for 5 years. Main Street took over last year and since then it has been near unliveable. Over a week to fix my bathroom so I could shower at home. Also, utilities are like $500 a month in the winter so don’t be fooled by the lower rent x moving out soon, can’t wait !

Don’t even bother viewing this complex! My husband found a listing for an available unit yesterday on rentfaster and we viewed it today, or so we thought! We were shown a unit obviously under the impression it was the one that was listed, it was not!! The unit we were shown was absolutely disgusting with old rusted appliances and mold in the bathroom, it was dark, musty and the windows were caked in so much grime we couldn’t even see out of them!We were informed by the gentleman showing us the unit that this was the ONLY unit available in the complex so we couldn’t even see the unit that was “available”, aside from that the man spoke very little to us and seemed genuinely uninterested in being there.Do not recommend!
