He gives back a repaired item that hasn't been repaired, obviously he made me pay beforehand so no refunds. He is also very rude. I would personally go to another place to get it fixed AGAIN. 0/10 STAY AWAY

I take my shoes here to be repaired or improved (i.e. adding taps, etc).The shop is a total mess, so your first impression is a bit hesitant. But he is real old school and does an incredible job every time - plus his price is very low (low enough that you can give a nice tip and it's still a low price)Highly recommended!
