Have dealt with luk a couple times now. Always prompt, reliable, and efficient. Dallas and Dustin were friendly and quickly installed a water heater. Great reception staff as well.

$400 for a problem they could not figure out. Had to call River city to fix it, whom found the problem right away. Questionable plumber experience if they couldn’t figure it out.

Had a bit of a flood going on in basement on Sunday. Called LUK and they dispatched Dustin who came quite quickly to fix problem. Price was better than most the quotes I received in town, although Sundays do cost a bit more, was charged for only the time worked; no flat rate. Thanks for the awesome service Dustin

Had Luk over twice in February for a 3-1" code. First fix lasted 10 days after a night call out fee of $140 plus shop fees and fuel of $25 for 20 minutes of diagnostics. They didn't have the part so they came back the next day and installed it for another $90 labour for the 5 minutes spent in the house. As mentioned
