Wetzel's Pretzels
The service was pretty good; quick and friendly.Unfortunately, our original pretzels were only slightly warm; and quite hard and chewy. It was nice, crispy and buttery on the outside, but the inside wasn’t great. It was too dense for my liking, and it took a lot of time and effort to chew it all up.It was a decent pretzel; but unfortunately, I don’t think it was very fresh.

Highly recommend for a quick pretzel, or catering an event. My catered event was easy to organize with Wetzels Pretzels & they went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. Everyone loved the pretzels! Thank you!

Hello, everytime I come to this location I am very dissatisfied. They either don’t have pretzels or they have no clue what they are doing. As today I went to get my free welcome pretzel after I found out that you guys have an app but she told me she doesn’t know how to do that? Why would she not know how to scan a code? Please train your employees better so I can have a better experience. I am pretty close to never coming back but I do love your pretzels so please help.

Wetzel's Pretzels
The pretzels are as close to perfect as you can get, they have the exact right amount of salt, they're nice and crisp on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. The only bad thing I've had here was the frozen lemonade, but the fresh lemonade's great! Thank you Wetzel

I always stop when at the mall, the service is always friendly and the pretzels are delicious. The other day I was there with my kids, and I think it was Corey, she gave them balloons and completely made their day, she was just great

Got a hot dog from here and there was a long black hair baked into it. They would not give us a refund only offered us another disgusting hotdog.
