I initially had my eye exam done at one of the Vancouver locations, and was very happy with how thorough my exam was.Since I work close to the Surrey location, I decided to pick out my frames for my new prescription glasses there. They have a great variety of frames from which to choose.The Customer Service was friendly, courteous, and professional.A week later, and I have already received a text to let me know my glasses are ready. I am really looking forward to picking them up.I had a great experience at both locations, and will highly recommend FYI to all my friends and family.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting FYI doctors to select a new pair of glasses, and I must say the experience was absolutely exceptional. I would like to take a moment to recognize a particular staff member, Humera Khan, that understood my needs and preferences. Humera patiently explained various lens options, frame styles, and what the latest trends were. She ensured that I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to make a quick decision. When I went to pick up my new glasses, she went above and beyond to ensure that they fit well. Thank you once again Humera, I love my new Tom Ford glasses/ sunglasses!

I love the clinic! The staff are friendly and nice. My Dr. is professional and tries to find best options for my complicated prescription. I’m happy with not only my glasses and contact lenses they suggested, but also I think I see the best ever seen.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient staff. Dr. Kimberly Tsang was great - very thorough and explained everything clearly. Online booking is really convenient. Zero-pressure to purchase frames and lenses on site, even after helping to pick out the perfect pair (for later). Thanks to all of you!

All the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I always feel like I am an important patient. Dr. Tsang explains her procedures and answers all my questions willingly. My whole family has used this clinic for many years. I know there are there for any adjustments or repairs whenever I need them.

Top notch experience at FYi in Surrey. Very accommodating to my schedule and appointment was thorough but efficient. Dr. Tsang has incredible knowledge and went over different options for me in great detail, and Debbie was an absolute gem with her patience as I went through possibly ever pair of frames. Highly recommend!

Came here twice for glasses now. My last pair lasted years until they were stolen. When I came back for another pair they were very accommodating, showing me a free frames section that helped a lot. They even tried to rush my order. Very friendly staff for sure

I love this spot. The staff and doctors are so friendly, they seem to have nice glasses every time I go in, and they have some very fancy looking machines for checking eyes! My prescription always works perfectly.
