This building has the best staff. They tried to help me solve the problem on a long weekend. One of the staff even came to office to solve my urgent request while he was not supposed to work. Appreciate for their help and 5 star for their excellent customer services.

I loved meeting the staff Nerissa at the Diversion, tbh she's the one that convinced me to choose the place! I also have met Gavin, and for the two weeks since I've moved here, he had always made sure I'm enjoying my stay. Lastly, Lilibeth, the leasing manager, is a sweetheart! She's compassionate and goes above and beyond! The only thing I'm not liking about the place is how dirty the apartment halls are. Especially in my floor... Garbage chutes aren't in place and constructions on going... it's just messy.

This place is awful. Mice infestation (see pictures). Over priced. Worst customer service. Elevator is always broken and the freight elevator is always booked (even after a tenant is done with moving, they forget" to put the elevator back in service). They STEAL your deposit even though the unit is returned in a better shape than how it was given.They are VERY CHEAP and keep turning the heat OFF at night time or whenever they please to save money. Maintenance is friendly but they provide awful service and do not fix any issues without having you complain a million times.Bottom line

Dirty ！NOSIE！irresponsible property. If you want to do a whole building repair, what you should do is suspend the lease. Instead of letting tenants pay exorbitant fees while listening to super loud noises every morning at 8:00 a.m. In a word, staying away from here is your best choice, or you will certainly regret it.

We went there and want to see the room, the appointment was at 6. There is no one to show up and pick up the phone. I sent the email and no one replied. Very disappointed. After one hour, the appointment is canceled by the office. Very bad experience in this hot weather.

I have rented an apartment unit from one month ago, the unit that will be delivered to you should have new bathroom and washrooms and kitchen faucets, but it is very old and I am embarrassed to invite guests. Another problem of this building is the parking lot, it doesn't have a camera and you don't have a fixed place to park your car. After a week of moving, I don't know who crashed my car in the parking and ran away, who is responsible?

Honestly this is an appalling building. It’s poorly managed, and on top of it there’s now massive construction that is never where they say it’s going to be. Constant jackhammering that sounds like it’s in the next room, and weekly “offers” for them to up my rent by 40% if I renew my lease. I’m leaving as fast as I can.Edit to add:I booked my move-out elevator and loading dock date over a month in advance, but come moving day they’d given the bookings to OTHER STAFF that morning, for no reason. Front office staff were disorganized and unhelpful; staff who were using my bookings were incredibly rude to myself and the folks trying to help me move; management eventually “offered” us the loading dock at the other end of the block. Cannot believe how difficult they made it for me to leave. They also refuse to hold any mail of mine that I missed changing addresses on.Truly incompassionate and unprofessional. Avoid this building at all costs.

So many red flags, I regret living here last year. Over priced. After moving out I spent many hours cleaning the unit and barely got anything back from the deposit. They also removed a birds nest that had eggs in it from the window, which is illegal.

I highly recommend here to the students. It’s completely near to the University. There is a convenient store near by. The staff are very kind and responsible. The diversion part is magical. The units are exceptionally clean.

A great place that offers parking for larger and small cars when using the facilities. We came for a party and the space was great, especially the pool! Clean and a great range of activities, even a Starbucks downstairs too.
