Walter Metzen is an experienced, reliable and personable professional bankruptcy attorney. He is very thorough as he explains the law and what you are to expect.After my discharge I received emails asking how husband and myself were doing. One day I requested some documents which I had misplaced and within 15 minutes they were emailed to me from his office. Is that what is called customer service?
