These people do not have skill at all they just make thing complicatedAlso they offer to do private meaning asking less but not through H&R blockI did complain to H&R block(which is not easy!!!)but some one name Heater left message i called back no answer then left massage nothing backDo not get fouls by 5 star usually it them them self leaving 5 star

As far as tax experiences go this years filing was very smooth and informative. I had a more unique situation than usual and Lou Wang made sure that everything was perfect and that I had not just peace of mind but full confidence and Maximum return. Her politeness and professionalism were top tier. Very knowledgeable and very efficient.Thanks for your help Lou Wang.

The staff at the location on West 4th, in Kitsilano, are some of the greatest people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are all so happy, updeat and eager to help.They called me to let me know they had a special on, for filing with them. I saved a bunch of money and have finally caught up on all my returns!It is such a refreshing and pleasant experience to deal with genuinely nice people!Keep up the great job!!!

BEWARE*** I came here looking for help to prepare a very easy tax return: one T4 slip & a stock purchase. Instead what I got was a bad attitude from the simpleton working there who constantly interrupted me, refused to give me her name & refused to give me the phone number to HR Block headquarters. I was not making an unreasonable request & I didn't raise my voice so I don't know why I deserved such shotty treatment. Totally unprofessional; I suggest you take your business elsewhere because they don't seem to value it.UPDATE: in response to yr invitation to call...who do I ask for, please?
