Conscious Healing - Osteopathy

My brother suggested I go to Patrick for my lower back pain. After the first visit I’ve been pain free!! It was the only thing that helped - I’d gone to chiropractors for over a year and nothing ever changed. I cannot recommend him more!!!

Patrick is a true healer. He has a very intuitive way of approaching the body, and I’ve personally found his treatment to be very impactful. I have a bad knee and over 5 visits s; we’ve managed to get my leg to a place of mostly normal functioning. I've been going to Patrick for a few years and I cannot say enough about his services. I suffered two MVAs in 2 years and my concussion, whiplash, soft tissue injury were all addressed through his clinic.His treatment is gentle and effective and he's highly attuned to what the body can take and is mindful to not push it. Out off all of my therapies, his work has been the most beneficial and helpful in addressing my pain and helping me be more functional. He is personable and easy to talk with. Today was my first experience with osteopathy and it was phenomenally impactful. Patrick has a true gift. I went into the appointment in an extremely heavy/tense state and left feeling lighter physically, emotionally and even spiritually. After just one appointment, I feel I have a heightened sense of my anatomical state, bringing more awareness to my alignment/posture leading to a much needed decrease in physical pain and mental stress. The session helped to instil a deeper sense of overall well-being and was healing in a way that I have never experienced with any other therapy. My fiancé was amazed by how different I was holding myself after the appointment and could actually notice the positive changes in me. Patrick is impressively knowledgeable and his passion for his work is evident, shining through in the benefits I am experiencing. I would highly recommend him and I can’t wait to go back!
