With Rudy as my agent, we put my home up for sale. Within days we had a bid and we accepted it. About a week before it closed the buyers found they couldn't afford my home and they dropped out. We dropped the price and a couple days later we had another buyer. This time, buyers were funded and purchased the home. Rudy also found another home (at a good price) for my grandson. With patience and perseverance, Rudy managed to make everything come together and house was sold, and my grandson had his place too. 2 Thumbs up for Rudy and his team.James Moy

Rudy was a big help to us in finding the home we wanted. He was patient with us and not pushy at all. When we saw the house we really liked but thought it was overpriced (5-year-old house), he showed us some new built homes in the same price range that didn’t check off as many of our boxes as did the 5-year-old house. We learned that just about everything is overpriced but we got the house we wanted and couldn’t be happier. You can’t go wrong working with Rudy!
