The burger had a black tar like substance on it... It legitimately looked intentional as well and I don't know why. I won't be ordering here ever again

Gave their new frozen root beer a try, the initial flavour was ok, nothing special, but the lingering aftertaste was awful. After the initial intense wintergreen minty toothpaste flavour a very bitter chemical taste lingered so I brought the mostly full drink back to the lady that served me to let her know about the odd taste. She stated I was the only one to mention this so I asked if it had been cleaned with a cleaner recently as I thought not being rinsed fully may be the reason, to which she replied yes it was cleaned

Out of all the fast food restaurants, AW is probably the best in quality. I usually get their beyond meat burger. Don’t forget the onion rings and any drink in the frosted mug! This location is the best one.

Wait times are short, location is clean. Very convenient as it's right outside of the Canada line station. Good when they have promos and coupons!Update: Friend ordered me the wrong meal at the kiosk, I went back 2 hours later they refunded me and charged me the right amount. Great customer service!Update 2018 May 30: Do not get the spicy guacamole fries! It's not worth the money they only give you a sad small scoop of avocado and some peppers. Better off with the regular fries or yam fries.

Nice, clean establishment right next to a Canada Line SkyTrain station. One can also dine outside watching YVR flight operations and the Canada Line while having a decent cheeseburger. Recommend, but not as spectacular to dine at as a Triple O's.

Bought a coffee and the girl at the checkout did not understand how to count my change. I pre counted 2.10$ for her and when she was counting it she said “it’s $2.10” I said oh, am I short? So I gave her another time and she still said “it’s 2.10” I counted it out for her (which was now 2.20$) and I told her I actually gave you more than what the coffee was worth and I didn’t understand what the problem was? She didn’t know how to count change. Maybe give some retraining because what was normally a 2 min experience turned into almost 10 mins which made me miss my train.

I placed an online order, but the payment was not made because of an error in the a&w app. but my card was charged twice, and this store said there was no online order I was charged $45 but lost my money this app is a scam

We ordered food worth $59.20 online from this A&W location at 0750 Marine gateway (Receipt attached) and was quite disappointed with the quality of service even after specifically instructed for fresh sandwiches.The sandwiches were cold and not fresh, and there were no straws in the bag. It feels this location is no more interested in delivering good quality of service anymore. I will never order from this location in future.

I am very disappointed in the service I got from this A&W. Not only did the cashier get my order wrong. Fine it was only 1 dollar difference but the point is there is a difference between sausage and cheese on an english muffin and sausage egger.Then, I didnt get my order until almost 15 mins later and she forgot what my order was and it was the only order waiting to be picked up.
