Tiny Bubbles Day Care
I don't normally write reviews but this is something that I felt compelled to do as my son soon goes to kindergarten and leaves Tiny Bubbles. Words cannot express enough how amazing our experience with Tiny Bubbles has been. The centre has amazing teachers, that are friendly, child-centred, and provide a great educational experience for the children. The staff has very low turn over, which speaks to the work environment and the leadership of Mari and Helena. My son has been going to Tiny Bubbles since 2018 and each of his classrooms had fabulous educators that made my son feel like part of the family. Every educator has been happy to answer questions and openly communicated. The amount of clear communication and transparency is excellent, allowing parents to know what has been going on in the centre, any issues, and future plans. With the stress of COVID, Tiny Bubbles went above and beyond to maintain hours, provide a safe and clean environment. Mari is on top of everything and is a great advocate for the children. I never felt worried once for the safety of my children during this time.I know that sometimes people make reviews for a variety of reasons, mine is for parents considering Tiny Bubbles as an option for their child. If i had to do this again, Tiny Bubbles would be my first choice for a daycare for my kids.It truly is always about the kids and their best interest, safety and learning opportunities. While I am sad to move on, I feel blessed for having the opportunity to have my son at Tiny Bubbles and he is better for being there.Thank you to Mari, Helena and all the Bubble EducatorDr. Jenni C

Tiny Bubbles Day Care
Our daughter absolutely loved it at Tiny Bubbles. Having had no experience with daycare and the process surrounding it, Mari and Helena(the owners) were really helpful and provided us with a lot of information. Our daughter went there from 15 months old to 28 months old, when we moved from NB, otherwise we would have never left the wonderful family of Tiny Bubbles. The educators are absolutely lovely and my daughter still mentions them all, even 3 months after we left the center. I can wholeheartedly recommend Tiny Bubbles as they are absolute angels and your child will definitely thrive in that environment! We miss you Nickki, Mizgin, Sonya, Lindsay and Delia's dance partner, Mari! Thank you for everything!

This is not your typical review as I want to share the experience my family has received from Tiny Bubbles Early Learning Center. My story begins mid January 2019 on a tour of the center. This was done by Mari who is the owner of the place. Some things of point...1. In 8 years of operation they only ever closed for 2 days. She talked about how reliable this makes them as a childcare provider. (in the short time we were there the center ended up closing early and or opening late a minimum of 2 times if not more)2. She talked about how important communication was, especially in the first few weeks. She said we would receive emails each day, along with photos of our children’s day. After that if we wish to continue we could request a communication book.3. The fees were a little high, $52 a day for our 18 month old, and $39 a day for our 4 year old. There was also a $350 deposit which would be refundable at the end of our time there. No meals are included here. We were told because of having 2 kids they generously would give us $50 off our bill per month.4. Mari boasted about how on top of things she is and how well run her family run business is. She expressed how she is well aware of everything going on at this business.5. She said she had a waiting list but would bump us ahead of everyone because she hadn't reached out to anyone on the list yet as the spots had just opened up.We were all very excited about what we were told at the tour and the picture Mari painted of her business.  Despite the higher costs then the normal daycare we felt it was worth it.On our girls 1st day we received an email midday giving us an update on their progress along with some photos.  We never received any additional update emails and were often told at pickup something along the lines of, less tears today, made out great. I understand at pickup time they don't have time to go into detail which is the point of the emails.  Our oldest had been going to another learning center, despite being very excited to come here, that soon faded. Each day there would be more and more crying from the time she knew she was going until drop off. She would plead with us not to take her back to this center and would even fake coughing saying she can't go because she was sick.  Again whenever we picked her up the instructors said she had a great day. Yes, this is typical as an adjustment period from starting somewhere new.A few weeks after starting I went to pick up our children. I saw my daughter sitting deathly ill in the snow outside by herself. I could immediately tell something was wrong with her but she wasn't saying much and wouldn't say what was wrong. Upon a short ride home, I checked her temperature to discover she had a fever of 40 degrees Celsius (104F).At this point I reached out with concerns with the actual care my children were receiving.  I called to speak with Mari but was told she was away on conference, instead I spoke with my kid’s instructor. Her response to my child’s fever was that she was acting fine all day and that it must of have come on just at pick up time.  The instructor said that it is policy to immediately contact the children’s parents with that high of a fever. At this time I also discussed the lack of communication we were receiving compared to what was told on our tour. We were informed by this instructor that they only send an update email on the 1st day.  We felt at this time it would be good to start a communication book.Full review can be found on Facebook.

Tiny Bubbles Day Care
My son was there a few short months maybe not even and we pulled him out after a few injuries (including falling down the outdoor steps which are cement while not being properly supervised). The owner was an absolute nightmare and sent me a nasty email after I let her know my son was not returning. She then bagged his belongings and threw them outside in the rain for me to pick up (stating because of Covid I could not enter the facility....apparently I could not call and have them brought out either). Horrible experience. We actually reported her to the board, due to her poor behavior. I must note the instructors there are great.

Tiny Bubbles Day Care
My daughter started to go tiny bubbles when she was 2 and had a very bad experience in her previous daycare. Based on this experience she seemed not comfortable with starting a new day care. I was very surprised when I saw the tiny bubbles environment was so welcoming that she just started to play with other kids on her first day. The class are very clean with lots of toys. Even when I pick her up I feel staff are still very energetic. They pay attention to Ratio of staff to children seriously. I can happily send her there and to only concentrate on my job.

Tiny Bubbles Day Care
Tiny Bubbles has been a second family to us over the last three years. They are professional, clean, and child-centred. My children thrived there and learned independent self-help skills, were provided creative play opportunities, and formed their first friendships. The educators and administration are personable, honest, and dedicated to their work. I always recommend this daycare to everyone and will continue to do so. Thank you, Tiny Bubbles for all you have done to nurture and guide my children over the years.
