Ivo was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and overall just a really nice person. When I originally called to make the appointment, the person with whom I spoke was also friendly and knowledgeable, as well as reassuring (which was nice). Ive was very fortunate when I was referred to these guys several years ago. Over the years I have used there services for ants/bees/spiders. Were very accommodating in finding time to visit us when we booked last-minute, and then continued to accommodate when we had to change the time due to our own disorganization. Excellent customer experience! The gentleman who came to help was very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough in his inspection and treatment of our pavement ants. The whole process was a quick and painless solution to something we had been putting off for a long time. So glad we called the Bugman! Thank you!

The office didn't tell me to be prepared to leave the house for 4 hours. The exterminator was very nice and pleasant, and patient as I gathered up the kids. Easy & efficient company to deal. Work guaranteed for 6 months, so that's a great added bonus.

They did a great job and were very friendly and helpful. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because the guy spraying inside had a full blown respirator on but started spraying while I was standing right there trying to get my kid and my dog out of the house. This made me uncomfortable considering we were told to vacate the house for 2 hours. Other than that, the treatment seems to have been successful so far and we were told to give them a call if anything more came up.

I had a rodent problem and it was driving me crazy they got rid of the problem for me and come monthly to make sure they do not come back inside but stay outside where they belong.
