I went in looking for a product. One girl was very nice and helpful. I think she was a manager. Another girl cleaning kept giving me really snobby looks lol. Which I just found funny. She might have been having a bad day which happens to all of us. I might go back to purchase the product I was looking at next time. I just wanted to see what they had for that product line.

Was running 15 minutes late due to an accident. Had a family event I needed to have hair fixed booked appoitment in advance. Rushed into town in a blizzard and they simply couldn't accommodate me because someone had another appointment after me. I was booked for a 3 hour colour appointment pretty sure they could have but me in a chair put the colour in and take another appointment. Thank you for messing up my Christmas. Talk about lack of service and simply not caring.

To keep it short and simple: I was not satisfied with my haircut and the pricing of it.

Had a amazing experience with Rylee as my stylist. She did a fantastic job with what I asked her. She is a rock star

I am hesitant to write this but i am so devastated i feel i need to. For the first time in almost 4 years I decided to get my hair trimmed and some long curtain bangs done. My hair is natural and not dyed. I came in with hair down to my lower back. I only wanted an inch or two taken off and now my hair hardly reaches my mid back.... I showed the hair dresser what I was looking for and made it clear I didn't want a lot of length taken off. I didn't realize how short my hair was cut because I had it curled before I left. When I showered and saw my hair afterwards I was and am completely devastated. I only went in to try and boost my confidence and now I can't trust anyone to ever cut my hair again. Not to mention I paid over $100 (including tip) just for a cut. Will never go back to this place again.

I booked a badly needed haircut at Chatters as I was going to be in the city. I had hair to my waist that was weighed down by length and no hair cut for a few years.....I was Nervous going in!!! Well....I was pleasantly surprised.....Jennifer listened to me, understood my fear of haircuts, let me tell her about my hair issues......and she rocked my haircut!!! I walked out with a beautiful fluffy new hair-do and a huge smile on my face!!!! Super affordable and was extremely happy with the whole experience.....I'll definitely go back to see Jennifer again!!! ❤️

I really loved my new look as Rylee did the colouring and cutting. She did my hair cut few months ago, it was lovely and I booked her again for colouring this time. Really recommend Rylee.

Went today for the first time and was very happy with my hair when I left! My hairdresser was Samantha. She was super sweet and did exactly what I asked for! Would definitely go back and see her!

Made an appointment for a trim, left with a trim and a colour! Kathi is AMAZING. She offered to touch up my colour as she had time and told me step by step how she would do so with what I told her I wanted. She knew exactly what I wanted, and cut my hair how I wanted. She was very outgoing and radiates such a good energy and vibe. She educated me on my hair and what products were best to use. She went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. You can tell she enjoys her job and what she does. Thank you so much for the positive experience, I will be seeing you in the future.

I came here last minute as part of my errands, and even though I didn’t have an appointment, they were able to fit me in within a few minutes. Everyone was super friendly, and my hairdresser, Samantha, was able to figure out how to do my hair perfectly, when I didn’t know how to describe it to her! She was very professional and friendly, and I definitely will be coming back and recommending her to my friends/family! Thank you!
