employee working refused to serve me because he had already finished cleaning 15m before closing and wanted to get out early. I get that I came in late(ish) but I work out of town and there arent many places to eat in lburg at night, especially during the off season. very off-putting.

Extremely slow service. Doesn't serve customer in order of arrival. Made us wait extra long time just because the customer after us said she has a crying baby outside. Like for god sakes we have a crying child outside as well. We don't use that to cut the line and get skipped over and made to wait an extra long time. Oh and the portions are extremely less, not worth your money and time. Would not recommend! And definitely will not go again!!

Subway is one of those places that can feel out of place, with a well known logo placed in the middle of a historical town. It shouldn't be passed over by default though. This location has a wonderful staff and a balcony with one of the best views in Lunenburg. When you need a quick option among restaurants with long wait times, Subway will get you fed and let you enjoy the beauty of Lunenburg.

Tried every day this week, they are never open most Subways are open until 9pm, Lunenburg is only open until 6 pm, which would be fine, but everytime we go they are closed because they say they have staffing issues. How can you have staffing issues if your staff have no hours because your never open?I prefer to eat local, but apparently if I want Subway, I will have to travel to Bridgewater to get it. Which defeats the purpose as I live in Lunenburg. Very disappointed.

Hands down the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. Staff do not give a ****. No egg, no cookies, no bathroom?? That’s right… we were told the bathroom was “out of order” cause it was almost time to close and he just wanted to get out of there. We were also kicked out on a previous visit cause it was close to closing time. Absolutely unacceptable.

Have eaten here many times, my usual orders are veggie. This summer the place was great, sandwiches were always loaded and care was taken not to mix my regular order with a gluten free order. Now the sandwich is a third to a quarter what it has been before. These are veggies, eating them because I don't want meat, not because I want to starve myself.Have given a few chances for them to do better, not sure if I will again.

Not a fan of fast foods, but couldn't avoid it on one busy day and visited a few times since. The service is really good, I'm sure they will make your day better.

Place was overly cautious of covid making people wear gloves, paying at one counter and getting food at another which made no since to me. Server seemed VERY skimppy to give me anything I wanted on my sub. Was not satisfied in the least.
