I saw Monika virtually for 4 months. She made me question my eating habits to search for the root of eating. What is it that I am really craving? This approach helped me to focus on what I was craving without the unneeded additions; One day, I was making waffles with strawberries & whipped cream and realized that I didn't even want the waffles just the strawberries & whipped cream. Monika taught me how to make the foods I like (or am craving) into a meal ... craving popcorn? Add some cheese (protein) and have an apple (or snap peas) with it...now it is balanced.Thanks to Monika's support I have dropped 50lbs!

I had a very positive experience working with Monika. I have rheumatoid arthritis and some other autoimmune issues. I started the Autoimmune Protocol (an elimination diet to reduce inflammation) in January 2021 on my own and had some positive results. After about 6 weeks, I became curious and nervous about reintroducing foods, so I found Monika to help me with that. She encouraged me to stick to AIP for at least 3 months before beginning to challenge foods into my diet. She made some great suggestions to help me get more nutrients into my diet and created a plan for me to try different foods again. Now that I have an idea about which foods might work for me, Monika has created a plan for me to reintroduce some of those foods permanently. I have seen a big improvement in my inflammation and GI symptoms since working with Monika and would recommend her services to anyone.
