Great service and comfy shoes

Great shoe selection and amazing staff makes the shopping experience very pleasant. They also carry some of the premium brands that are not found in big box stores.

We finally made it to the Poco location after following this store on Instagram ! & what an amazing experience ! Diana & Mona were a fantastic help with my hectic toddler ! Highly recommend a visit to this location , other than an amazing help , they have great choices of amazing brands and will fit your babe with the right size and shoe needed for their growing feet!

Super glad they opened a store close to our home. I cannot say enough about the quality of service. If ever in doubt about children's feet and shoes do not hesitate to ask them. With their help we caught and corrected a slight problem with our 4 year olds feet.Thank you Shoekid

The POCO location is awesome. We have 3 kids who require special shoes for a rare genetic condition and so ShoeKid is the only place we have a been able to buy their shoes for 7 years. They used to be in Coquitlam Centre, but that location closed and they reopened in Burnaby on Hastings Street. The customer service drastically tanked in Burnaby, to the point that I no longer wanted to support them, but then today we discovered that they actually have a Port Coquitlam location as well. My youngest was desperate for shoes so I drove out and the lady was amazing. I don’t know her name, but it was the best experience I have had at a ShoeKid location in years. I sure hope this location stays open. It’s small and doesn’t look like a retail shop from the outside, but it has great selection, great staff, easy parking, and it’s quiet. So happy to have found POCO ShoeKid.

Great staff and shoes have great selection for kids with flat feet or those that need shoes for AFOS.

Happy these guys are back in the Tricity. Love their fit and measure service. Our kids are picky and only wears their Tsukihoshi sneakers!
