The WORKS Craft Burgers & Beer
One of the better WORKS in town. They're definitely not all the same. I got the Juicy Lucy! And it was very good! Everything you want from a classic burger. We also really enjoyed the die cut chips with the chipotle sauce! We also tried the sk8ter boy which was also very good but I prefer the Juicy Lucy for it's balance of meat and veggies.

On April 30 a friend and I went to the works on Bank .Haven’t been there in about four years.The experience was 10/10. Our server Lily was wonderful I had the taste of heaven burger and it had the best bacon I ever tasted. And thr Arnold was a great drink

Great experience and good service. We got informed right away of a delay because of the amount of ubering meals for the night and we knew that we could expect a delay in our meals. She suggested us an appetizer while waiting for our main dishes.All was great.

One of the best looking burgers I have ever seen! I ordered the “Love Goat” and the peppercorn coating offered some of the most flavourful tasting ever! The sesame bun, cheese, bacon, lettuce… everything tasted so fresh, and I was beyond happy! The onion rings were crispy to perfection, and I highly recommend them as an appetizer!When it comes to customer service - this location has some of the most friendliest and knowledgeable workers I have ever seen in a restaurant! They made my visit memorable, and I can’t wait to return!

The hamburgers were very good. But the waitress offered us to replace fries by onion rings, sweet potatoes or salad. I asked her if there was an additional cost for onion rings and she replied maybe $1.00 or $2.00. My plate came with 5 or 6 onion rings that were delicious. ButtonI was surprised when I got my bill that an extra $3.95 was added for the few onion rings I got. I told the waitress that I would never had requested to change my fries for onion rings if she had told me that the additional price was $3.95. Her excuse was that she was new. Two recommendations is that you train your employees to know the menu prices when they offer other options. And even better would be to include the price on your menues for choosing such options.I know of many restaurants who include the extra price on their menues for choosing these options. So the food was great but unfortunately my experience was ruined at your restaurant by overcharging for 6 onion rings.

Depending on who you ask, The Works either makes the best burgers in Ottawa, or (at the very least) are among the top hamburger specialists in the nation's capital. I have always found their food delicious and service good. While I have been to different locations, I am most familiar with their restaurant in the Glebe, which has always cooked great meals each time I have gone there.

My husband and I came to The Works first time and we are NOT coming back.We were waiting for our burgers for 55 minutes. The restaurant was not really busy at that time many tables were empty, maybe they had too many deliveries and take-out orders but it doesn't mean that we need to wait that long.This is not the end of the story. My husband didn't get sauce and arugula in his burger.We spent there 110$ and it is not worth it!!!Very disappointed.One star for our waitress she was very polite.

Very standard burger at a very standard place. Strangely they serve drinks in measuring cups and they think it's cute, but it's kind of annoying and doesn't add any value. The onion rings tower to share is a great decision and the rest of the food is alright. As advertised, they serve burgers and many of them.
