Impecable service with demanding, entitled customers. Taysea (not sure about spelling) was lovely and very helpful. As we waited for coffee to be brewed, we noticed the line of expectant, and clearly entitled customers that she would have to deal with after us. As a commentary to the disrespect shown to people in the service industry I felt compelled to leave this review to illustrate how difficult and yet how friendly and courteous the service was. Some of these people just need to take a step back and treat others the way they would like to be treated if they were in the same position. In terms of the food and the coffee, it was all good. However, in terms of the service, it was impeccable.

I went to this place today (Mar 06, 2022) morning and the guy at counter said they only have 1 farmer's breakfast wrap. As Tim's Chain, you need to make sure you have sufficient stock, otherwise please do stick a paper that say's you are running out of stock!

All I can say is thank you, Bridget working evening shift went above and beyond after closed helped a weary traveller and was extremely nice. Kindness and respect like that truly amazing to see.

Terrible location, never seems to have wedges or any sides for meals, even though they advertise soups and other sides, they say they never actually have them

Tim’s at the airport does not support reward program. They did not even scan or participate in Roll Up the Rim..

Not enough staff for airport location. English muffin was barley toasted, and bacon not really cooked. The two gals did ok, but it's a busy place.

I came here just after 10pm with my friends to buy some coffee. There were two workers both of whom showed no emotions at all. My friend ordered first and she didn't make eye contact at all and I didn't hear her say anything. When I ordered, I tried making conversation to complete my lovely evening and the lady treated me very rudely and I am not surprised. My friend waiting 10 minutes for his grilled cheese when there were no other customers in line. The workers were not even communicating to each other and constantly messed up our orders

Tims has reached a new low with this location. Only 1 person was actively working when I came in. Despite making eye contact with them and another employee who was in the back, it still took almost 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me and take an order. As my order was being taken, they kept whipping their head around to ensure that the basic tim Hortons staples I ordered were actually in stock. That should never even be a question at any tims, no matter how short staffed they are.At least my coffee was fresh.
