There are few times in life when things work out perfectly. Especially when it comes to the real estate market in 2022. I’ve heard from friends and family how extremely frustrating buying a house can be. Luckily for us buying our first home was one of those times where everything went perfectly - all the credit for that can go to Jaime Peca. We are beyond grateful for everything she did to support us in purchasing our beautiful home. She’s a wealth of knowledge in this industry, any question we had, and there were many early on, Jaime had an answer to or the right person to refer us to. I could tell from the day we met that she cared about her clients and to this day, now that we’re settled into our home she still checks in too see if there’s anything she can help with.A great real estate agent and an even better person.Can’t recommend enough!

Deb and Jaime were absolutely amazing! They made the process of selling our home smooth and easy. They took their time to stage and refresh our home before it went on the market which made all the difference. My husband and I were out of the country when our home went on the market. I highly recommend Deb Driscoll and Jaime Peca if you are looking to sell or purchase a home. Deb and Jaime are a full service team from staging to pictures/videos to listing to managing all the negotiations etc...to top it they sold our home within days of posting! I also purchased my new home with Deb and Jaime and they took my needs and wants into consideration and didn't waste my time by showing me houses that weren't a good fit. As always, Deb and Jaime were full of knowledge and information and went above and beyond to get me answers to questions I had if they didn't know the answers. Both Deb and Jaime approachable, down to earth and all around clearly a really good people. Highly highly recommend!!

Deb Driscoll and Jamie Peca are in my opinion the best of the best in the area. They both went above and beyond in every way to help me start out my real estate portfolio. From endless phone calls, viewings, negotiations, and just grinding it out, I always felt like their number one priority. They sacrificed time and energy to make things happen for me. My favourite part about this dynamic duo is their approach to the business. It never felt like work, it was fun, and they treated me like their own family. I have now made two purchases in the last 6 months and am ready to make a 3rd. When I go somewhere to see a property....I need Deb and Jamie there....I value their opinion and advice and never make a decision before getting their two cents. You want to get a deal done, they will make it happen. They have unbelievable people skills which is what has me coming back to them every single time. The real estate world has some shady people... these two you can trust. They are both family people and put family above all else. That is my kinda person. I won't use anyone else. You want to use these people...trust me, you wont regret it.

Jaime and Deb were absolute rockstars. From introduction to closing, they were always there to support. They gave a very appropriate and reasonable market evaluation in an incredibly timely fashion. They absolutely blew it out of the water when it came to the sale. They were able to get us well over ask and made sure that my family was prioritized in the conditions and caveats. Jaime-Peca from day one was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what me and my partner were looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing Jaime was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen.
