Definitely do not order here.Bought high vis coveralls and realized I had ordered the wrong size literally as I hit pay and confirm my order. As soon as it went through I went and emailed and asked if I could change the size, it took them almost two days to reply saying sorry changes can only be made 30minutes after the order. Pretty upset it took them this long to reply as it said to email the email I sent it to for orders. Most places would change the order size within a time frame and I’m pretty upset..I then said well okay. If it doesn’t fit can I exchange? They said they don’t do exchangesThey said I could mail it back pay the charges to mail and then they process it back plus there’s a fee for processing it and I could only do it within 30days. Now I’m out $100 for coveralls for work because I can’t even return these and get a pair that fit. Warning don’t order here cause sizing is definitely different (I have some of the same brands and they aren’t this big ever!)

Great products and great prices. I ordered online and got my order quickly. (Remote location- Haida Gwaii). Very nice Pioneer reflective vest! Reasonable shipping and handling fees. I'm nothing but impressed. Thank you Safety Wear!

My initial experience with Safetywear.ca was not ideal with the level of customer service, knowledge of safety class ratings, delivery of products and return policy. It has been challenging finding PPE that accommodates to sizing of smaller women in the industry. But it is how customer concerns are eventually handled that can influence your view on a company's customer service. Katie from the Customer Experience Department took the opportunity to turn my experience around and responded to my concerns in a quick and professional manner.
