I usually don't do reviews (for good or bad as I usually don't have the time). Don't walk, turn and run from this bodyshop. Had Ford Motor Company send my Platinum F-150 here to take care of a dime-size rust spot under warranty on the drivers door. Upon completion of repair, the drivers mirror was not mounted properly, the inside door panel was loose, they forgot to hook up the power window connection and the paint was a miss match. They ended up respraying the door another 2 times (only for it not be to a match, still, and resulted in rude/ very unprofessional customer service and said that's the best they can do) and here we are, 2.5 years later and the dime-size rust spot is back (but it's no longer under Fix Autos paint warranty so I'm looking at taking the truck to another bodyshop on my dime).

Brought my vehicle in to clean up the rust covered under my VW warrantee. Not only did they need my vehicle for 12 DAYS, but they made me drive in to pick it up because its ready" only to arrive and it's still not done

My car needed a door maybe 2 that could have been bought at Kenny u-pull for 150 in the same color but they did their quote and it was for over 3000 so they wrote my little car off. The car I had working and running perfectly! They inflated the quote so bad because it was insurance based I guess.

FIX AUTO HALIFAX
Took my 2017 Dodge ram in for a minor fender bender but my insurance didn't recommend them and asked that we take the vehicle else where. Fix auto was asked to put the spare tire on only if it was a full size spare .I received a call several hours after it was dropped off and I had asked if the spare was a full size or just a doughnut. The person from fix auto reassured me that it was the full size tire. So I went and picked the truck up after hours to find out it's only the doughnut. THEN! To find out they unhooked my 2 year olds car seat for no reason .When I called them out on it this they said it was done because it's the only way to get a spare tire off the truck.They don't know what they are doing and would not recommend them to anyone.

Had the unfortunate experience of dealing with these people in 2018 for an insurance repair. This shop was recommended to me by my insurance, but had I looked into this shop's previous history, I would not have dealt with this shop.The finished quality of the work was below standard; paint miss-matched, poor customer service were some of the issues I had to deal with. Additionally the bill they sent to my insurance was literally highway robbery.

FIX AUTO HALIFAX
This will be my fourth time back for the same insurance claim, not acceptable. Its just fine detail things that should be standard practice: wheel liner not installed correctly and the fog lights were placed on the wrong side, very obvious screw up. Then lied that they would replace the liner, waiting for the part...on and on...brought it in when they said the part was in...they used the same liner just bent it to fit. THEN cracked the bumper repair when reinstalling.This was through Dartmouth, they told my to call Halifax if i had a complaint. Went to Halifax. They fixed Dartmouth's mistakes but they didn't return the wheel lock key to remove the wheels...it almost seems joke. I'm hoping they still have it. Time will tell, I drop in Monday.
