The staff were caring and well-mannered, and I was able to book my appointment with ease. Upon entering the clinic, the wait time was minimal, and I was able to see a doctor relative quickly compared to most clinics. The doctor was very considerate of his words and took great care in assessing my situation. This will definitely be my go-to clinic for any medical concerns.

Fantastic experience overall.Reception was prompt. They let me fill in for someone's cancelled appointment.Saw the resident doctor. She was great in answering all my concerns. Made me comfortable and even got a second opinion from her preceptor! Two doctors in one visit =)Not rushed, new facility, new equipment, prompt, and efficient.

As an international student, been here a few times. This clinic gave me a very bad first impression prior to making the first appointment with the lady at the reception. She seems like lack of training and rude. Doesn't know how to treat a person with a proper manner. She should get more training, change her behaviour or quit the job. Turned out the doctor was great. One star is for the reception.

Dr. Fernandez was my doctor, and he is beyond amazing. He diagnosed me with PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) within the first 5 minutes of my first appointment when a previous doctor, elsewhere, dismissed my concerns. I only give 4 stars for the disorganization of the health centre and getting through to book an appointment.

This is one of my favourite places to go for all of my healthcare needs. The staff are always kind and considerate, and the doctors take you seriously. They listen to you and answer your questions to the best of their abilities, and they work with you to come up with a solution that works best for you. I would give this facility and their staff more than 5 stars if I could.

Great staff! It has been hard to find doctors in Edmonton recently, and I almost don't want to write this so I can keep this secret, but this clinic is the most patient-oriented and detailed-focused place I've been to. Wonderful experience.

I have followed Dr. Salvalaggio to her last few clinics, and this one is probably the best! The staff are great - from calling in to make the appointment, the front team, the nurses and support staff, and of course Dr. Salvalaggio.The residents and students are always happy to learn. I also love that this facility is diverse and inclusive of all humans. It is a very comfortable experience. Thank you and keep up the amazing work!I recommend this clinic!

Staff are lovely and polite, Dr Tredget has helped me so much over the two years I've been going here. It's so lovely that everyone has rainbow lanyards and pronoun pins.
