Jim arranged to view my home in preparation to sell. He arrived at the 3:00 appointment and tried to buzz in. The buzzer doesn't work in my unit, which I should have pre-warned him about.Instead of phoning me to find out where I was (at home) he sent me a text at 3:02 informing me that he had already left and that I should call him to rebook.Very unprofessional and immediately tainted my perception of Mr Kramer. Will look elsewhere.
