I took a watch in to get the crown and stem replaced. It is not an expensive watch but it has sentimental value to me. I knew I could have replaced the watch , but I explained to Ryan that THIS watch was important to me. He looked at my watch right then and explained how he would replace the whole inner movement and it would look exactly the same, but inside would be all new. Then he quoted me a very reasonable price for the repairs. I got the watch back, it looks exactly like original and it works perfectly! Ryan did a great job , and it was done in a short time too. Thanks to Ryan and the staff for great customer service and very reasonable prices. Just purchased a preowned luxury timepiece from David at the store and was very happy with my purchase experience. The price was fair and the quality of product was in excellent condition as described. Will shop here again and refer others.

I went there today with my mother. That was not the first time we were there and we purchased items from them. But today our experience were different. There was a lady (Asian) tried to help us but when she realized my mother changed her mind about the item she was about to purchased her attitude changed even she didn't answer us back when we appreciated her help and we said goodbye to her.

I had very pleasant and joyful experience at the shop, the staff were very friendly, helpful and just overall amazing. Would highly recommend shopping at Ryan Jewellers to everyone. Great jewelry store, have been here a few times to purchase as well as given a few items for repair. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this store.

If you're not near Maple ridge it's ok. This place is worth the drive.I'm not sure how many reviews I've left for places in all the years I've been on Google(maybe 3?) but I only leave reviews of places that really stand out to me. And as much as I'd love to leave a short review to help people quickly reference if the store is for them, I can't as I am just thoroughly impressed.Phenomenal selection, equally phenomenal service, and the pricing is more then fair. For what you're getting theres nowhere in the lower mainland that comes close to this place. I am shocked there are any reviews that are lower then 5. I cannot speak for anyone that's curious about their products or want to tire kick , but if you're a serious buyer, don't even waste time with marketplace or any pawn shop, they are incomparable to this place. I've done a fair bit of shopping and from what I saw Ryan's was the only jewellery shop that has new jewellery and post the gram weight of every piece.The young lady that helped me was an absolute pleasure to speak with. Being that I'm a pretty immature dude and usually trying to unshamefully get a laugh, her and the owner had the time and clearly didn't judge me for my ridiculousness . I'm overly excited to do business with then in the future. They made a life long customer today.

I have to give this Jewelry Store 5 stars, if there more I would definitely give the Max rating! This visit was a spur of the moment drop in, I found the service very genuine not pushy for sales, the store was beautiful! It had a great selection of quality Gold/diamonds and a great selection of other great inventory! I was able to get a few things that were priced so well! I was looking at an item I purchased and it was a significantly lower cost then the competition. They also cleaned my other gold which, I was wearing and I was amazed at this experience. Thank you!
