My sister referred me to use GasGuys and I am so glad I did! George was quick to respond to my request and I was able to book a date/time to get my gas line capped and get a new line outfitted so it was up to code for the new range that I bought. I appreciate the time George took in making sure I understood everything that was happening, as well as things to know about my new range.If I could give a higher rating I would!

George was really quick to respond, provided great service and is extremely knowledgeable! He was very accommodating in timeline to install. He gave us a couple options for our request and delivered excellent quality work on the option we chose. He helped with installing a gas line for our gas range in the kitchen and for our BBQ. He helped test the equipment and provided some useful tips for our appliances. We would definitely reach out again for any gas related inquiries/work in the future. Thanks again!

I had George install a new outdoor valve and quick connect for my BBQ. He did a great job and showed me how to operate my new NG BBQ. He was also very responsive and came when he said!

Hi. I found the service to be expensive for the work done. I had asked for an outdoor gasline to be capped. I literally went inside and poured a cup of coffee and before I sat down it was completed. It took 3 minutes max and I was charged $310. The work was well done (as far as I can tell as I know zero about gaslines, of course), and the person was professional, but i do not feelthe pricing was fair, and so dont feel I can give this company 4 or stars. I'm not sure what the relevance of pointing out the # of previous reviews is about, except maybe to discredit this one because there arent any others on this account?

George came in to cap my kitchen stove gas line so that I could install a new electric range - he was super friendly, quick to reply, easy to work with and professional. He came on time, explained the options, did the job and followed up promptly with billing - you really couldn't ask for a better service. I'd definitely recommend, and more importantly would 100% call Gas Guys again for help! Don't hesitate to work with George and the Gas Guys, they are great!

Contacted Gas Guys through HomeStars looking for the installation of a quick-connect to install my natural gas BBQ. George responded quickly and arrived the next morning and provided quick, yet thorough, service of the gas line. He also provided helpful tips with operation and maintenance of the BBQ over the winter. I gave a very short notice and he was able to accommodate my request, just in time to enjoy cooking some BBQ ribs for our 1-month wedding anniversary. Would highly recommend their service!

My gas range broke down so I purchased a dual fuel range. From the manual, I knew I needed an upgraded larger diameter gas line. I bought a larger natural gas BBQ last year and suspected I needed an upgraded larger diameter gas line for that as well.After checking Homestars for reviews, I contacted GasGuys.ca and spoke to George. He was very helpful over the phone and was not rushed in providing me information and answers to my questions. I emailed him photos of my current flexible copper gas lines and provided the model of my 3 appliances and other information he required to give me an accurate and detailed quote. He was very detailed in his response and told me what I needed done and why (i.e. in compliance with a certain code, etc.) and what did not need to be done.Although he said the diameter of my gas clothes dryer line was sufficient, I decided to have George replaced that to a larger diameter stainless steel gas line as I had some corrosion on my original copper gas line attached to the exterior block wall at some of the mortar joints.Should you leave a message for George, he returns calls in a timely manner. He does the same when you send him an email.He arrived on time with his father Bill. George and Bill are very kind, professional, knowledgeable, thorough and hard working. After the work is done, he checks for leaks and checks that all appliances are working as they should. If he is installing a new appliance, he will set up the time, etc on the appliance and will walk you through the operation of the appliance. He also provides tips on maintenance for longevity of your appliance and for your safety. I had a new stainless steel stove gap filler for the space between my new slide-in range and the wall. I was going to cut it to size with my hacksaw but George graciously cut it for me using his portable bandsaw.I highly recommend GasGuys.ca Inc. for your natural gas needs. George will definitely be my go to person for all my future natural gas work.

George is extremely helpful and professional. He is very responsive for booking appointment and he is very detail on what work is required to be done. If I requires more gas repair, I would definitely work with George again!

George is the most professional trades person I have worked with. His communication & his emails are clear & very prompt. He came up with a creative solution for my gas line install for the BBQ.
