I'm new to Canada, and finding new doctors is always tough. Thankfully, Dr. Monisah Lal and the team at West End take great care of my eyes. Dr. Lal was able to recognize that my old prescription and contact lens fit wasn't ideal for me; I thought I just had to settle for average contacts for the rest of my life. She got me in a great pair of contacts that fit better, are more comfortable, and enhance my vision. She explains everything in a clear and concise way, so I understand my eyes and needs much better. The front desk staff are always helpful and friendly as well. I would definitely recommend West End Optometry.

I've been wearing contacts for more than 20 years and have a strong prescription. Dr. Wong is the best optometrist I've ever had. He takes the time to explain everything he's doing and makes me feel I'm always getting the sharpest lens result possible.

A BIG SHOUT OUT for this place, and this is my first review in my whole life. The receptionists(Tammy and Michelle) are mind blowing. Excellent customer service, they will never put you on shame for taking a LONG time to pick a pair of glasses(I literally took almost 2 hours), they will provide you with honest feedback about the frame design, shape of lenses as well as if it actually looks good on you in every aspect. They are absolutely accommodating and kind. I highly recommend this place not just because of good doctor but also because of these fabulous assistants. Love this place. Just go.

I cannot recommend West End Optometry enough. This is a wonderful clinic that deeply cares for it's customers. I had an eye exam and ordered contacts and wasn't entirely satisfied with my new prescription, they not only re-examined me, they provided lots of free samples of other prescriptions and then exchanged the contacts entirely free. Through the entire process they communicated with me lots and were remarkably lovely. They certainly will have me as a customer forever!

Dr. Jason Wong has been my optometrist for years now. He's punctual, easy going, knowledgeable, and always has a good selection of glasses/sunglasses. He also found time to take a look at me when I got hit in the eye and was seeing white streaks (was worried I had a detached retina, which I didn't - yay!). Great staff as well. I'd definitely recommend them!

I’ve been searching for a new optometrist for a while and made an appointment with Dr Jason Wong at West End Optometry based on some recommendations from friends. I’ve found my new optometrist for life. Everyone at the clinic was so amazing. Dr Wong was incredibly caring and knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me in a way that optometrists have never taken the time to do so before. I can’t say enough good things about my visit. Looking forward to my visit again next year!

I recently had my first eye exam in about 3 years. Dr. Wong was excellent. He took plenty of time to explain all the details of my results and just seems like a fabulous person. I'll definitely be going here from now on.

Very efficient, right from the check in to the end of the appointment. All the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. I have lots of eye issues and Dr Wong went through everything professionally and humorously, always asking if I was comfortable and had any questions. Was my first time there and I'd definitely recommend!

Dr. Jason Wong and his staff are amazing. I have gone for three eye exams here. As others have mentioned, he is very knowledgeable, helpful, and easy going. A great visit every time.
