I wouldn't recommend any company use them for workplace benefits. It seems I'm always having to fight or correct them when they deny a claim. For example a medical provider who is registered under the proper medical regulatory body includes their valid licence number since 2015 on their invoice which i provide them. They then deny the payment claiming she isn't registered so I have to call back and show them the licence number on the receipt i provide them. Very suspicious of their staff ...because how do you mess that up unless you're trying to on purpose? Anyway find a more trustworthy provider

Some exceptionally terrible customer service from Canada Life. Spend hours on the phone trying to get a hold of customer support without any response for days. Want email support? No dice. It’s questionable if they even have anyone working there. Their voice message says “we apologize for the delay and we are working quickly to respond” and even says they provide “quick and simple access”! Hahaha. What an absolute joke. Recommendation: hire some staff or service people. Provide a proper customer service. You’re making Canada look bad.

Worst insurance company ever. You cannot track claims history on their website. Your benefits coverage sometimes just disappears on the website. Ridiculously long turnaround times. They will look to reject your claims in any way possible. Abysmal customer support - they don't answer emails and phone support agents deflects and refuse to answer any questions. Canada Life is essentially fraudulent.

Been on the phone for about 1.5 hrs on hold my claim has been processing for 45 days now for diabetic glucose monitors witch are hella expensive to pay out of pocket. Customer service reps are rude and seemed annoyed when asked for help.

After a year of all of my kids' claims getting rejected, they finally got tired of me calling and were willing to tell me what I had to do to fix it. A year. These people don't even know their own systems.

This company is the corporate equivalent of a politician that never answers any questions, and avoids all accountability. They're impossible to reach by phone, with hours long wait times followed by an abrupt disconnection. Emails with questions/inquiries are responded to several days later with an answer completely unrelated to your questions. Whether incompetence or malice, at the end of the day, the result is the same. If you have a choice, avoid this company at all costs.

This is incredibly disappointing. You really don't like people submitting claims as a business do you? I can upload docs everywhere except in your claims system. We are expected to have to run around trying to get a claim submitted but I have never soon your insurance sign up page crash. Or your payments page. Complete disgrace.

Terrible customer service, simply inaccessible. I'd be left on the phone listening to the same tune for 1.5 hour before they hang up on me automatically. That can happen multiple times throughout the day, doesn't matter when you call them.I also tried sending them emails through the Message us" function on my online account page. Amazingly
