Excellent service once again. We have been using this location for over 10 years now. Our latest experience was having PT help us find a plan for our family. He worked over an above to find us a plan that exceeded our expectations, even contacting a colleague at another location to ensure that an out of town family member would be taken care of. PT is invested in finding us the best plan, regardless of provider, rather than simply selling us whatever is available.

Cassandra was incredible and provided excellent service when upgrading my phone! She was patient and walked me through the different options for my upgrade and plan. She never pushed towards anything and gave her honest opinions on things. It felt like talking to a friend who was there to help you out which I appreciated. She was able to explain where I could find savings and helped reduce my monthly bill by a lot which I was thrilled about. I had never thought about going to wireless wave before but I will definitely be recommending it to all my friends after this experience! Thanks again!
