I've always had a positive experience shopping here with their friendly, helpful staff. I've never had to wait more than 5min at the pharmacy!

If I could give zero stars I would. It’s obviously a mgmt issue. Most of the pharmacy is staffed by students who then have to get approval or clarification from a single supervisor type. It takes ages to get any prescriptions. I literally have anxiety that my prescription won’t be ready in time for when I need it. This was always my favourite pharmacy but I’m done. I spent 18 mins on hold this morning and still haven’t been able to phone in my scrip. As soon as I get it I’m switching to Sobeys. Bye Felicia.

Hit or Miss location in regards to the Pharmacy. They're under staffed. Always new faces. Some days are good. Some days are bad.The issue I have for this location, is why their phones are a hit or miss. Many times I've tried to call and all I get is ringing. It's like they turn it off or something. I live close, but I'd rather call and make a refill, before making the drive (Maternity leave)

I am not one to leave negative reviews. But this evening, we were COMPLETELY ignored while asking for help at the self checkouts. We only went to the self checkout because there was no one on cash. I asked the woman working near by for help, but she completely ignored me and continued her conversation with what seemed to be her family. She heard me and ignored me. Completely unprofessional and very disappointing.

I have continually had bad experiences visiting this pharmacy and myself and my partner have both changed to sobey's pharmacy and will not be using the pharmacy services here again.I picked up a new prescription on October 20th and asked if i needed to speak to the pharmacist about this as they usually ask you to when you go on a new medication. They cut me off and coldly said if you have questions go over there" and pointed to the consultation counter.November 28th we go to get our flu shots. We weren't asked about allergies

The store itself is great. The pharmacy is always either short staffed or backed up, expect to wait 20mins for a prescription drop off, and for it to never be ready for scheduled time pickups, delayed hours or days.

Each time we visit this pharmacy it is a bad experience. Workers are very unhappy, rude and unprofessional upon every call or visit. You brush off one or two occurances as people have bad days, etc., but enough is enough. We are switching our services to another pharmacy and will not return or recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Stay away if possible!!!

Very well organized and well stocked store. I'm not sure if you could call this place a pharmacy.... it's more like a small department store! For convenience it's as good as it gets. The only problem I have is that you have to walk through the perfume section to get into the main store. With allergies, it's not a pleasant experience.

Always the worst experience if you go to browse the makeup/perfume section here. I’ve avoided even bringing my purse in with me because you will always be watched, followed and treated like a criminal. Had another experience here again tonight with the older lady who works in the makeup section while I was browsing the skin care. I was watched and approached twice and asked if I needed help, both times I told her I was just browsing. The second time she asked I said again that I was just looking and she said “Something for your acne?” And proceeded to hand me different items for acne. Both times she asked I did not ask for help or recommendations for acne products. Found it really rude that she would point a big insecurity out that I did not mention. This shoppers is the closest to me but I can definitely say now I will never go there again if I need to purchase makeup/perfume/skincare.
