went in to cancel a contract and they said I wouldn’t be able to even though I was moving overseas. Terrible place, terrible company.

Cannot Express how amazing the customer service is here! After switching phone providers, the previous provider would not help me unlock my phone. The manager (last name Lopez.. sorry I don't remember your first name) at this telus location was very patient, going through multiple resources to assist me in unlocking my phone.Would recommend this location anytime and so happy to have switched providers!

Great experience signing up! Staff were nice and patient with me while I ensured I was making the right decision for me not just them. Everything was clear and explained in detail about the contract/term with regards to the phone pricing, promotions and fees. I feel I wasn’t left to fend for myself reading and understanding the contract like I felt with Bell. They actually bring up the contract details and go through it with you so you understand it before signing up. Other companies should learn from this. Regardless what carrier you go with, the best price is an easy decision, just read and understand the contract and how pricing discount apply! I will be bringing my wife over when her contract is up! I recommend Telus and this location if it’s in your area!

This store does not value your time whatsoever. The guy that was working at the front was dry and not personable, I was in at 4:00 p.m. to inquire, came back at 5:00 and was told it would be easier for him if I came another day. The store does not close until 6:00, and when I was there at 4:00 I was told it would take 20 minutes tops. I came back with an hour until close. I had explained that I had my wife and kids in the car, not exactly convenient for me to pack them up and come again another day when I was already told it would only be 20 mins. I don't know if the guy was planning to close early or if he just couldn't be bothered to help. The two other employees in the store didn't offer to help either. Pretty sad when I am there to purchase and renew services with telus to be treated that way... pick a different store if you can and avoid this one. I'll be rethinking continuing my services with telus after this experience.

There is slow customer service at this location , need a better manager in store to help staff work faster. I stood waiting for 45 mins and I thought by the time I can get my phone it will be another 45mins to 1 hr. So I left. I will have to call ahead to book time to pick up my phone . This has happened twice since I have been there. I don’t think this is reasonable, maybe it’s me but I would try another location for quicker service. I won’t be back ! Make sure you have time to wait standing !

Paid to have long distance in U.S. no service available.They do not recognize Telus.Still take money though.I will be cancelling as soon as possible.

Absolute trash service. Connectivity is horrendous through out Bowmanville, almost none existent. Stay away as they are amongst the most expensive providers in town with nothing in return but frustration. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Unfortunately they were unable to help get a phone from the corporate plan. I went to another Telus store and had zero problems. 3 other employees were recently able to get their phones from other stores. Why does your policy differ so much from other stores that I would require admin rights when every other stores do not?

Simply the best customer service I’ve experienced with mobility. They take the time to walk you through the services, your bill, and your options. Additionally they support business plans as well which is a huge bonus. We switched to Telus when moving to Bowmanville and we won’t be switching again.
